If I were near you, I would have bought some. Just started rearing a few few broilers since I couldn't get the noilers I wanted.

I hope to expand it so my family can feed on enough meat and eggs without worrying about the money.

Thankfully they were found. Animals no longer have free room to roam about in my area for years now. It's painful to lose your hard work

Centre fresh, mint flavour works well for me.
It does make me more hungry than usual though, but it's a sacrifice I prefer to make.

I woke up to a little clot of blood just like period,I will be heading to hospital immediately it's 8am. Maybe keeping me there with them will be easy for my bed rest and monitoring.

Insha Allah! Thank you. How was your own like? I mean the experience. I am hoping on Allah to take control. That bed rest is what I am trying my possible best to do but it's not easy since I have no one to help and kids around too.

It was just once sha, a gush of blood when I woke up in the morning. The bleeding stopped within two days. What helped me was that I was admitted, so I was able to sleep throughout.

I know it won't be easy with kids, but you would have to cut down on non essential tasks. It would be nice to have someone help you for a few days.

Also, like I said, sometimes you just do your best and pray. Allah will keep any baby that's supposed to live no matter your interventions, so pray,and we'll also pray for you.

My first is now seven, and I had that scare with him. Take your bed rest seriously, take your drugs.

It may also sound somehow, but be assured that anything that happens, was bound to happen. There's nothing you could have done.

Tumeric is one spice I believe we don't make the most of in our Nigerian dishes.

That's how to cook jollof rice. Pair it with any "mortuary standard" drink and relax after the meal.

I find tumeric to be overpowering most times, it always seems too little or too much.

It's normal. This is my second pregnancy with it.

It's the slow movement of food in the intestines that makes it that bad. So I try to avoid foods that make it worse, drinking lots of water and eating veggies. At the end of the day, I just take one tablet of paracetamol to help with the pains till I sleep off, since the pains usually start around midday for me and worsen as the day goes on.

The round ligament pain ehn. Fourth baby and I'm already waddling at 16 weeks.

It's easier to get through the pains with a child, even though they do make it worse sometimes.

thank you mama for d reply I really appreciate it . I have been to the doc but doc said he doesnot want to give mi on any Anti-bp drugs since my pregnancy is still in early stage. That once I cross the 12weeks they will most likely place mi on drugs . Hence why I was asking for natural remedies I can take before then. Thank you so much .

The same way that most drugs aren't safe in early pregnancy, that also goes for most natural remedies. Try adjusting your diet, reduce salt intake, more of fruits and veggies.

Cut down a bit on oil intake too. Avoid stress.
I've personally taken moringa powder as tea during pregnancy twice, though just as a supplement, though I know it's good for people with BP. You may want to try small amounts of it.

Actually refrigerated or frozen rice (carbs in general) often come out harder. As long as it wasn’t soggy to begin with and it’s properly cooled down before refrigeration.

And bonus the good thing is that it becomes resistant starch that doesn’t spike your blood sugar like it would if you ate it right out of the pot when it’s just made.

That's good. I've always been concerned about loosing taste of frozen foods when cooked.
