Please help.
Indigestion won’t let me be great.
That’s the only problem I have but it’s like the whole weight of the world.
I only eat lunch else I would puke the next day when I brush n be restless all night.
Then I have GERD
It’s milder when I am not preg but from the day I take in, the GERD is too much.
Food stuck in my throat.
I have to deworm or depend on antacids which would never work
I am suffering
Any pointers please
Even water taken in the evening is vomited violently the next day

It’s been 12 weeks of being uncomfortable.

Have you tried Omeprazole for the GERD? It could help reduce stomach acid.

The thing with some pregnancy issues is that you just have to manage them.

Lots of exercise and trekking. There are also simple exercises said to induce labor on YouTube. Let her watch and try it.

Seriously though, the doctor should have said something, or she should have asked. She can go back in a few days if nothing happens.

Sorry about that. Hormones during and after pregnancy can be very unpredictable, and no two cases are the same.

This could also be why you didn't get any answer. It's also possible that some people may have experienced such, but because they weren't trying to conceive, they didn't care about it.

Such irregularities usually settles once one is no longer breastfeeding.

The best solution is to eat well, keep healthy, and then go to the hospital for hormonal profiling and other checks if necessary.

There are foods and herbs that may help balance your hormones, but I'm not expert at that. All the best

Sowwy. That's the same I experienced with my third too. Keep trying foods, especially drinks. Something usually works for me. Also, you may want to look for promethazine tabs. Take one at night. You may start feeling better after a week or so, but if you're not comfortable with drugs in pregnancy, that's fine.

As for the tiredness, I have no advice. I was tired throughout that pregnancy, taking care of two other children.
