Arrears are bonuses and depends on the increment or downfall of government revenue/allocation of that state on monthly basis. and Nigerian governments don't normally pay it on monthly basis ... so they will accumulate everything and pay on yearly basis for that workers will make use of it to Bette their life... for example , if ur monthly salary is 55,000 right , ur arrears on it should be 700naira ... so government will now pay u after 12months so that u can make good use of it.. thanks

i didn't say i upgraded the phone, i said the phone off PATAPATA then those guyz at tecno office in lagos repaired it for me. since then i hav tried all my possible best to unroot it with framaroot 1.93 and other less verson yet it failed. i only received info that it has been rooted once i open DNS changer i discovered that its not working... is like the phone version cant work with framaroot again.. som1 told me that ni ooo. so pls what should i do

First Refinery Eleme Near Port-Harcourt- 1965
Second Refinery Warri Refinery- 1978
Third Refinery Kaduna Refinery- 1980
Fourth Refinery Port-Harcourt- 1989
Buhari's miserable rule was between 1983-1985.. so where does that fall in as to when these refineries were built. And as for your "mighty" programme to reduce malaria and airborne diseases, tell that to the gods cos malaria and airborne diseases continue in Nigeria to this very day.

Subsequently, a new 150,000 bpsd export refinery was built in 1988 and commissioned in 1989.
