So my brother and his friend were arguing about this topic. My brother opined that since those herbs like ale, afato, jedi etc are made with roots and herbs then it is good. He claims herbs are normally good for your health with no side effects at all, so why not just use it.

His friend on the other hand think only weak men need such and one should rather do some exercise to gain more sexual prowess.
