efualwealth: Please i need some 1 to enlighten me a bit. I see some old folks on Asp ranks in the streets some times and if i can recall vividly the age stated on the enlistment advert was not above 30. My question is how do they work there way in at that old age? Some one once told me they grew on the ranks till they got to officer cadre. Does this means when you join the service you can grow from costable to d highest rank u can get to in the officers cadre and again i noticed that its a bit difficult to differentiate between a costable and these ASP in the way they look on their uniform. I try to understand that a costable may not really look sharp because he/she is not well empowered financially but why does this Asp look same way?

Hi guys, hope we all are doing great today! i have bn a background faithful follower of this thread, though i do not contribute because i may not have any information as regards our resumption date... but what i am sure is that God that started the process shall see it through for us. we need to also understand the fact that the ICT professionals recruitment into the NPF its the first of it kind, so proper arrangement needs to be taken to ensure that at the end of the day we all will gets started on a proper footing.... if all of us can recall that all the Police College are not properly equipped with both teachers and teaching materials for ICT courses... and Third party ICT training centres within the country are not also equipped to cater for a large number of trainees... i believe these reasons may be the cause of our delay. in the same light i think we should engage ourselves with any temporary job possible pending when all this logistics issues are resolved. in mean time lets discuss "Law enforcement & ICT in Nigeria". thanks for your time! please these are my humble opinion and not for any person... thanks n Cheers!
