Psc should update today unless they have hidden purpose 'cos cadets have to prepare for the training for at least a week prior to the resumption date...don't we have any correspondent/informant in the Psc??

well, i called some one in the commission yesterday and the day before and he confirmed same info updated by kelvin. He said that directives has been given for us to be invited but the paper work needs to be concluded.
He also said we should be updated by the close of business week so lets hope it happens soon.
