In 2012,I didn't support the removal of fuel subsidy as I knew it would be a problem for Nigerians

My question was,why should we the citizens be the one to pay for the ineptitude of government?

It was Ladoja that started the project but Akala got the glory when they removed Ladoja as governor but thier was a case related to CofO of one building on the road after Kuola building that make Akala not to completed the project and it was at court all through Ajimobi era.. So reason seyi completed the road was they have settled the house that caused delayed.. The road is not new project aside from kuola end to Apata that Seyi completed.. most road in Ibadan need serious attention Seyi should serious with governance.. only around that axis Aiyegun Oleyo road bad, Academy road bad, Elebu road worst etc and many other major road in the city need serious intervention.

The road was started 100percent by Akala in his first full term and not when he was on a joint ticket with Ladoja. Stop peddling lies here.

2. Ajimobi didn't even bother about the road at all. Instead of doing better roads he was busy doing truckless flyover that barely solved traffic around that axis and barely did 50KM road in the whole of Oyo state.

The issue with the house was Akala didn't want to pay any compensation and the dude went to court. Seyi didn't want to go through any litigation and he demolished and paid compensation to not one house but many other houses while doing the road.

3. Seyi is much more serious with govornance than any of his predecessors. His road construction has surpassed his predecessors in OYO times 200 percent.

And Yes,the roads you mentioned were bad for over 8years that Ajimobi was in power,if they had done more roads he won't meet a huge infrastructeal deficit on ground like he meet. But you're now expecting him to be eldorado and complete everything in 24hours

By the time Seyi is done with his second term, you Oyo APC people won't even think of contesting not to talk of winning

Road was started by Akala, Ajimobi didn't touch that road in 8 years. It dragged the development of that area back all throughout the 8years before seyi had it awarded to Kopek for the continuation from Kuola straight down to Apata

P.S. Oyo still has a huge road/infrastructural deficient. Many roads have been bad for years and unattended to,most especially the inner roads.

More of them are already getting attention and would be fixed in the rest of Seyi's term

Yet, Nigeria's inflation rate was under 15% and food was affordable too. He assembled able hands who were able to grow the economy and pay Nigeria's debts or negotiate some debt forgiveness.

Why did everything about Nigeria's economy start deteriorating rapidly immediately APC took over government in 2015? APC has no clue about economic management, especially on federal level.
