JDJDjD: Lolz AD is Tinubu party 🤣🤣🤣 U are just a kid
AD was formed by NADECO and ably promoted by Afenifere leaders like late Pa Abraham Adesanya, late Chief Bola Ige, late Alhaji Ganiyu Dawodu, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, Chief Laniu Ajayi, Chief Olu Falae and Mrs. Kofo Bucknor Akerele etc. Tinubu nor even dey the list. He only used the party to run for 1999 governorship election in Lagos. And when the party suffered heavy defeat in 2003, Tinubu been the only governor left out of the initial 6, hijacked the party and automatically became it leaders. But the main leaders resisted him and it created a faction. Tinubu decided to breakout and form AC and took most of the structure of AD. 90% of you people defending this man are just ignorant of him Thank you. Extremely ignorant people. People who don't know. With some of them just being born yesterday. |

Which yeye ideology? Did he not leave the AD to form the AC,to ACN and APC. He left the ACN and formed a brand new party with CPC, parts of the PDP and the ACN so which yeye ideology he get o Or is the AD not still alive till tomorrow? Why did he leave AD? and go on to join others Awolowo stood on his ideology of restructuring. This one has no single ideology. His own ideology is to grab power and settle his friends and cronies. Nothing good will ever come out of his administration |

fredwill1357: I agree 100%, if Tinubu's Government can carry this out, he will be one of the best things that ever happened to Nigeria. The states can survive without oil money, all we have to do is redirect our minds, look inwards, adapt, find and develop other sources of income and grow. Let's try living civilly and considerately, everything shouldn't be me, me, me. We wait and see! |

We wait and see. If Tinubu can do total restructuring which entails devoluving power to the states and control of their resources with only a fraction being sent to the federal government which I seriously doubt he can do
If he does, He will write his name in Gold in the history of this country.
But can He?
Only time will tell

Politics › Re: Is It Fair For Dangote Refinery To Depend On NNPCL, A Rival, For Crude? by happney65: 1:36pm On Jan 13, 2024 |
seunmsg: Lol. Your knowledge of the industry is wack. NNPC being a government owned company operates both in the upstream and downstream sectors of the petroleum industry. They are involved in crude oil production and also refining of petroleum products through ownership and stake in refineries.
Dangote refinery on the other hand is only involved in the downstream sector of the industry. They only refine already produced crude oil to petroleum products. So, they can buy from NNPC or import from any other crude producer in the world.
Since crude oil is Dangote’s major raw material and NNPN, a shareholder in the company is producing the raw material locally, it makes more business sense for all parties to buy from NNPC even if it is at arms length transaction. I don't know that's why I'm asking. I didn't know they are only involved in the downstream and not the upstream sector Thank you! |

All these ones are just beating around the bush.
Having State policing is the solution to our security problem. All these cannot work in a country where all the security apparatus is concentrated at the centre.
Dissolve it and let the state handle security too
The Govornors are just "chief security officers" of their states on paper. |
Politics › Re: Is It Fair For Dangote Refinery To Depend On NNPCL, A Rival, For Crude? by happney65: 12:22pm On Jan 13, 2024 |
A very good argument. Wondering too why they have to wait for NNPC to deliver crude oil to them.
Why can't they do the refinery from ground zero to the market. Why receiving supplies from NNPC again to refine?
Someone should answer this area. |

ppogba: Blame the NLC and TUC that opposed the sale vehemently hence Yaradua' s decision to reverse the sale. The ball stops at the table of the president and not NLC and TUC. The reversal was due to the fact that Yaradua was a socialist who believed government has a business doing business whereas it is the other way round. Government has no business doing business hence Obasanjo selling it off as he knew it won't work |
