From yesterday night till this morning I had serious cramps in my vagina and anus, I couldn't sleep or sit properly. I just feel relief now after taking paracetamol in the morning and afternoon.I went to the hospital(Stella Obansanjo hospital Benin) today around 10am but couldn't see the doctor becos of the crowd. Benin Mamas is there any good private hospital he can refer me to. I'm new in Benin.

Boil your crab or any meat of choice, add your yams(optional) add little salt, when almost cooked add the ajumbaise and the spices cover and leave to boil for at least 30min.

No need for oil or seasoning cubes.

Remove the ajumbaise and keep aside for next use.


This can go on its own with or without any staple.
