@happymummy, I thank God for successful surgery.

Please I d like to know what hospital u used. I reside in Lagos and I have this things since 2014 but failed to remove it hoping it will shrink but it didn't. It has increased from 3 to 7. I tried to do hsg but couldn't they couldn't see the entrance of my cervix and the lab lady asked if I see my monthly period which I do. Where it comes out from I don't know. Draft a note that the hospital need to insert cateter.




What tests did you do before your surgery? I have regular back pains, headaches, leg pain, and a very strong migraine that has become a way of life. Can't satisfy my H like I used to cos now. It's painful and don't feel like when. I think of the pain. Please I. Need you help. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks

Yes to God alone be all the glory for a successful surgery in spite of the fear since January 2014.

I did mine in Benin because
1. Lasuth said no bookings again this year
2. The price in lagos na die.
3. This doctor was recommended by husband brother's wife.
4. Work contributed to.my doing it in Benin.

I was like you too
I have taken herbs ,fohow,ijaw massage/medication, and pax herbal
Too numerous to mention.
This year sef we spent #120k on herbal that didn't shrink a bit

 It's could be that the fibroid is blocking because when I did hsg too it showed blocked tubes


There Was.no month I didn't see my period,though heavy with clotting 

I did scan and have always done
But the doctor didn't even collect the scan result
He just asked me to lie down and examined me
A day before the fibroid though I did blood and urine test

How high is your temperature? You need to be sure as it isn't normal running temperature after surgery. Hope you're still on meds. You may need to see your doctor if it continues to be on the safe side.

Quick recovery.

Temperature is off and on. Am on medications

Ran blood and urine test
To check pcv,hiv and blood group (#4200) in the hospital
I paid for 2 pints of blood
Was told O+ is #15000 each
Then A+ #7000
Then come the D-day
I had my bath, I wont lie to you I was nervous
Then head I to the theatre with just my wrapper
I was asked to lie down, then came the fear
I was shaking terribly on the table, I come ask them say na so he dey be lol
The Anaesthetician say I should calm down that I am obviously scared
He connected the drip to my right hand just below my elbow vein.
The blood I needed was made available
The Anaesthetician was really calm at his job, he asked me to bend a bit then I was injected in my lower spine
He asked me lie back,after a while he asked me to raise my legs lol
For where I couldn't
Then they started the operation,I was hearing everything and every of their conversation but I intentionally closed my eyes because I was seeing the blood in their gloves and the smell of the blood was much that I told them
My husband said the procedure took like 1hour to be done.
I am still recuperating ,mild headache here and there with hot body temperature.
I spent 7days in the hospital

My dear since your husband is in support of it,try it for a few months. have a scan done before you start the treatment then after two to three months of using the herbs. you can do the scan again to see if there is any difference. that was what I did and saw no difference so I did surgery going three weeks back. the natural treatment didn't work for me. in my case it was an urhobo woman.

Yes mama...also google up "myomectomy-what to do before and after surgery". You need to know things to take along. Toileteries n the likes..
like prepare to take along slacks, very loose gown and not pants so that you can be free down there. . Then food. You cant eat for like 2 days so..just let your dh get pap or flakes - I became conscious of things to eat because fibroids do regrow so I got foods high in fibre (I took along kelloggs all Bran). Your doctor will tell you when to eat.though. something soft. All the best.

This is a BFP post but I won't get excited till After the 12th week...i am grateful to God but scared of another miscarriage (though my previous miscarriage was due to low progesterone which careless Abuja doctors couldn't check). This BFP came when we stopped Trying,we decided to wait till next year as hubby was even tired of having sex.

My prayer is that God blesses us all. Put me in your prayers please.
