FSH is often used as a gauge of ovarian reserve. In general, under 6 is
excellent, 6-9 is good, 9-10 fair, 10-13 diminished reserve, 13+ very hard to
stimulate. In PCOS testing, the LH:FSH ratio may be used in the diagnosis. The ratio is usually close to 1:1, but if the LH is higher, it is one possible indication of PCOS.

You don't seem to have PCOS but your very high FSH is not good, it's indicative of diminished ovarian reserve. Your Day 21 Progesterone showed that you ovulated very well Drs would usually want to see a value of 10 and above in an unmedicated cycle to say that good Ovulation happened and 15 and above in a medicated cycle. Were you on any Ovulation drugs?

Your Prolactin is very high so you need to treat it either using alternative methods ie Ewedu + Vit B6 + Cabbage or Orthodox by taking either Dostinex or Parlodel or Bromegon, Bromocriptone.

My suggestion will be to go on Ovacare or Ovaboost to help your eggs and also Omega 3,6,9 all through the cycle to balance out your hormones and to help with your FSH and LH. Vit B6 is also very beneficial both for the high Prolactin and the LH & FSH but above all Pray and seek out a Fertility Specialist if you haven't already.

Thank you sister for your advice. In as much as I would be glad to try alternative method of shrinking fibroid, but I can't @ the moment cos we are drained financially. I live in Jos while the RCCG midwife lives @ Akure. The herbs cost 35k while the surgery cost 60k. If I have to travel that far then I'll be spending nothing less than 60k. Hubby received his last salary in Dec, still awaiting 3months. He works with government.
I've been asking myself series of questions, what if it works for others and not for me? Do I have the finances that I will start paying for 2nd option "surgery" if the first option fails?
I've tried pax herbals and gnld @ various times but couldn't dissolve it rather it increased it. I don't want to stress my hubby again cos he has gone through a lot for me. I thought of it and even told him. I've read other mama's post of spending hundreds on herbs to dissolve fibroid, but rather than dissolve it, it gave them other illnesses.
I wish I could use her herbs, but with my condition I can't.

You'll need to go for a Pelvic Scan, a TVS will be better. The HSG result shows that you have Subserous Fibroids (outside the Uterus). It also shows that both tubes are blocked. It could be the Fibroids blocking them or it could be blockage from infection or scar tissue if you've had an uterine surgery. Your TVS report will be able to help.

Mamas here have been able to unblock their tubes and take care of Fibroids with various methods so do not be afraid. Besides God is the greatest physician and there's nothing impossible for him to do. Just do the scan and we'll take it up from there. Also take to your Dr. He'll be able to interpret further and give you recommendations.
