Empiree:I am sure you did not read the story of women escaping from the biggest prison in the world (Saudi Arabia)? Most that abandon Islam hide it because they can be killed. Many still go to mosque, but they dont pray to allah, in their hearts they pray to Jesus. Lets put them in our prayer. Thanks |
Empiree:I am only trying to make you see why millions in Iran, Saudi and UAE are are codedly leaving Islam and moving to US and Europe. Cant you see all the violence in the name of Islam? Even if you argue that they misrepresent the religion, you cant argue that at least they are not Muslims. Have you ever have this thought; "if I live exactly like Mohammed, will I be granted paradise?" I leave you and Muslims reading this to your ponder on this. |
AntiChristian:I dont think recitation without understanding will help. Let the person start by studying the life of the prophet, his wars and conquest, his relationship with his wives. By the time he/she has finished, he will know where his/her faith stands. My two cents. |
Empiree:By rejecting the Hadiths and the Sunnah of your prophet, it is clear that you are gradually losing your religion. Its a good sign, soon, you will discover the truth as you ask your Mullahs these questions or you research them by yourself. If you need a copy of the Quran and Hadiths, please go to quranexplorer.com There are English translations by Yusuf Alli, Mamaduke and Picktall. There are also Hadiths collections of Bukhari, Muslim and Abu-Hureira. Good luck |
Empiree:I understand how you feel. Imagine the man whom you trusted and believed to be a true prophet been exposed. Anyways, to your point. The hadith was addressing the circumstance under which a person who is a Muslim can be killed. I now supported it by the Fatwas of four Islamic school of thoughts. They all agreed that the person who left Islam should be killed. I really pity your circumstance as a Muslim. But you are lucky you are not in the Middle East, North Africa or Even Nigerias north. You can still bail out, the god of Islam is a violent demon that lives in the Kabba. He has two consorts. Allat, Mannat and Uzzah. |
LivingSage:Question from an enquirer to the grand Mufti Abu Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shemary. Q: It has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufa’khathat of the children (mufa’khathat literally translated means "placing between the thighs" which means placing the male member between the thighs of a child) . What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the prophet, the peace and prayer of Allah be upon him, also practiced the "thighing" of Aisha - the mother of believers - may Allah be please with her. This question was forwarded to the committee on Fatwas by the grand Mufti with reference number 1809 issued on 3/8/1421 (Islamic calendar). (It was here at http://www.islamic-fatwa.net/viewtopic.php?TopicID=8330, but they have deleted it now). The committee gave their opinion thus: Ans: It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kufar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send. As for the prophet, peace and prayer of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age. That is why [the prophet] peace and prayer of Allah be upon him placed his [male] member between her thighs and massaged it softly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his [male] member not like other believers @LivingSage and @Reasonable Muslims, is this not Shameful? Abasha? We are talking of 50 something year old man with a six year old girl. |
Empiree:Please see this Hadith to enlighten you. Narrated 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims. " Sahih Bukhari 9:83:17 Furthermore, here are the summary of rulings (Fatwas) on leaving Islam. The rulings for the four schools of Sunni Islamic jurisprudence and the Ja'fari school in Shia Islam can be summarised as follows: Hanafi - recommends three days of imprisonment before execution to allow repentance, although the delay before killing the Muslim apostate is not mandatory. Apostates who are men must be killed, states the Hanafi Sunni fiqh, while women must be held in solitary confinement and beaten every three days till they recant and return to Islam. Maliki - allows three days for recantation, after which the apostate must be killed. The same applies to both men and women apostates according to the traditional view of Sunni Maliki fiqh. Shafi'i - waiting period of three days is required to allow the Muslim apostate to repent and return to Islam. After the wait, execution is the traditional recommended punishment for both men and women apostates. Hanbali - three day waiting period should be granted. Apostate is invited three times to repent. Execution is the traditionally recommended punishment for both genders of Muslim apostates. And in Shia Islam: Ja'fari - waiting priod not necessary, but may be granted according to this Shia fiqh, but only if the apostate was born a disbeliever (Murtad al-Milli). A male apostate must be executed, states the Ja'fari fiqh, while a female apostate must be held in solitary confinement and beaten on the hours of salah with her food tightly rationed till she repents and returns to Islam. Housing:Mohammed did not write the Quran, It came piecemeal in the form of a poem over a period of twenty-three years from the time when he began to preach in Mecca in 610 AD until his death at Medina in 632 AD. (Surah 25.32) His companions and followers were the people who wrote the things he recited on sticks, stones, parchment or anything available at the time when the ayah. Some even memorized them by heart, people like Ubayy ibn Ka'b, Muadh ibn Jabal, Zaid ibn Thabit, Abu Zaid, Abu ad-Darda and many more (most of these guys were killed in the battle of Yamama). Initially, no chronological record of the sequence of the revelations was kept by Mohammed himself or his companions. It was later that they began to be collected into an actual surah (a "chapter" , no thought was given about the time they were delivered, nor did they think about themes. As time went on Mohammad used to say "Put this passage in the surah in which so-and-so is mentioned", or "Put it in such-and-such a place".The widely accepted traditional account of the initial compilation of the Qur'an ascribes the work to Zaid ibn Thabit, one of the four companions of Muhammad said to have known the text in its entirety. The Quran was never delivered as a whole text as erroneously believed by many Muslims. If this was the case, there would have been no need for a collection of the text by Zaid ibn Thabit under the authority of Abu Bakr. See the hadiths that records. Narrated Zaid bin Thabit: Abu Bakr as-Siddiq sent for me when the people of Yamama had been killed. Then Abu Bakr said (to me): "You are a wise young man and we do not have any suspicion about you, and you used to write the Divine Inspiration for Allah's Apostle (saw). So you should search for (the fragmentary scripts of) the Qur'an and collect it (in one book)" . By Allah! If they had ordered me to shift one of the mountains, it would not have been heavier for me than this ordering me to collect the Qur'an. Then I said to Abu Bakr, "How will you do something which Allah's Apostle (saw) did not do?" Abu Bakr replied "By Allah, it is a good project". (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 6, p.477) |
