ceewai lebi: I did not cry coz I was prepared emotionally for that day and I could not wait to go out and explore the world grin .My mum on the oda hand wept and wept and wept,infact she started weeping during the reception*Made me felt special since I am the only daughter* wink.Truth be told I felt down emotionally days later coz I missed my family.

Gombs: Becos ∂εγ r going to start doing all dose tins ∂εγ stopped doing ΐϞ their parents awz...eg, washing plates,mopping d floor,washin toilets etc made worse cos they'd start washing boxers,ties, pounding yams, producing babies and lastly,they all of a sudden understood wot mama meant by 'Ʊ go soon marry'

IMO getting married is like jumping into a sea of uncertainty (no matter how lovey dovey the relationship might have been). Could this then be the reason why in most weddings when the bride is about to leave with the husband she suddenly becomes so emotional and cries holding on to her parents instead of gladly leaving with the husband. or is it the norm?
