please how did you book appointment. I have been trying to book online but with no success

Send them a mail with the subject: Appointment Booking, and attach a copy of your passport data page, stating your destination and the urgency.

If they do not respond after 2 working days, call them very early like 8-8:30 time. I used this method to get a date for my friend.
