"Where the hell is the fourth guy"The man said with fiery eyes like a raging fiire . David was about replying him when they all heard a creak and the man turned back as if in a hurry but he was too late as Bob had taken that opportunity to kill him.The man tried to fight or scream out for help as Bob landed directly on his shoulder but Bob kicked him on his mouth with all his strength and the man fell down on the floor reeling in pains.The man seeing he had no chances against Bob brought out a knife and tried using it to stab Bob who had his eyes popped out in fear.He had not think of a plan B' invade the first plan failed and he blamed himself for that,he was suddenly afraid of death.The man came at him one more time and he was surprised to suddenly see him falling like a log of wood with a knife logded at his back......

"Tell us where we can find the others with you" The handsome man said to serah."I swear I don't know"Sarah replied truthfully. They had been asking her the same question since she was bundled here but she could not give them any meaningful answer.She had explained to the man that she had nothing to do with them,that the only person she knew among them was Jim."Why are you hell bent on finding them,what will you do to them?"Serah probed.The handsome man only gave a cruel laugh as a reply before adding. "Do your job" He ordered the other two men in the room.The two men came straight for Serah and she moved back in fright but soon she could not move any longer,she was now leaning on the wall.The men came for her clothes, tearing it into shreds as they form a heap on the floor and she was now whimpering in fear of what would come next......

The short devil growled angrily at Jim who had spat on his face.He was boiling with rage now as he moved towards Jim who stared at him back angrily,all his fear for the man had suddenly vanished and he was damning all consequences now.He knew that the worst they could do to him was to kill him and he was ready for that but he would not die alone like a fool,that he is sure of........

Derek screams pierced through the four walls of the dimly lit room,one of his fingers had just been chop off by the short ugly devil of a man and the pain he was feeling that moment was not something he would wish even for his arch enemy. His right hand was filled with his own blood while his thumb was lying numbly on the table and to think that the short devil was even smiling after inflicting crucial pain on him was really pissing him off.He had known that the man was wicked and devilish,but he had not just know he would go this far in causing him pains,but one thing was sure if he was ever going to get out of here then he would make him pay even in ten folds........

He turned back and was about going out when he turned back suddenly. "You are supposed to be four in here,where is the fourth person" The man asked his voice reverberating like thunder.......

His head was banging really hard that he feared it might split into pieces and just as he looked at the short devil grinning devilishly, he knew immediately he was up to no good.He wondered what was making him smile because he had never seen him smile before. He heard someone whistle and he took a quick glance at the table that stretch wide across the room.He could see various knives and other torturing tools that he did not know the name spread across the table. He thought of what they are up to as he looked at Jim who lay sprawled unconsciously on the floor.That was the first time he was seeing him since he woke up,he felt pity for him.He could also see one other unknown woman sitting on the floor very close to Jim and he began wondering who she was.He felt someone held his hand and he looked up to see the short devil as he forcefully placed his hands on the table.Derek wondered what he wanted to do with the knife and his brains processed it immediately he sees him raise it up,ready to chop off his hands that were on the table......

"Tell us what we wanted to hear and then your troubles are over" He heard the man in blue robe say."I swear I don't know "Derek blurted." Don't make this harder for yourself boy,just tell us and you are freed"That was the short devil. "If I know I would have told u long ago" Derek replied the short man softly, he was tired of everything. "He is not ready to cooperate begin the third phase already" The man in blue robe thundered............

Jim stood up weakly and followed the two men taking Serah,they had forgotten to lock the prison door and he wondered why they are such in a haste.Had they left it open on a purpose?He kept wondering but would not just pinpoint what they are up to.As he walked after the two men holding serah,he heard voices from his heads telling him to go back.But he would never listen.He heard groans and pantings of someone in pains and he immediately ran after the two men,they were still unaware he was following them.He paced up and got really close to them and give one of them a kick in his groin area which made him yelp out in pains. He turned around to face the other man but he was too late in doing that,he felt something heavy landing on his head before blacking out.........

Jim jerked up awake to a hand shaking him roughly. He muttered something to himself as his sleepy eyes began to adjust to their environment.He had however totally forgotten where he was and it took him quite some time to remember he was still in danger.He had even forgotten everything about Serah after he had drifted off to slumber. His memories came back in a rush when he looked at his side Serah and saw her staring at him strangely. He could recall how one of the men keeping them here had injected him with some object he knew nothing about. He had tried to play smart thinking he could overpower the man that had come to give them water but his screams must have alerted one of his accomplice as he had come rushing in immediately he screamed and he could recall the man giving him a straight punch in his jaw and he in turn released the man he was trying to strangle after which the man that gave him the punch now injected him in his back.
"Listen" He heard Serah said cutting into his train of thoughts. He pricked his hear carefully hoping to cactch or hear a sound and indeed he heard someone screaming in agony,he could recognize that voice anywhere, any day.He sprang up immediately and begin to shake the prison door but all he could hear himself was a rattle,he was weak,that drug in the injection must have weaked him............................

"Let's follow this path carefully" Adams said pointing to a map and continued. "After recovering the weapons we would now go through this tunnel for the mission and please we have to be as discreet as possible"
"Great plan man" Josh said and clapped. "Kane you are going in with team one,you choose two people with you and Maxwell you know the way quite well but can you lead a team?" Adams asked looking at Maxwell. "Er...yes...I would try" Maxwell replied scratching his head."Fine,then let's do this guys.Let's go get our brothers and sisters. "Yes we can do this,we just have to believe in ourselves and work in cooperation,only with that we can achieve this great feat" Jessica said."Fine then let's go get the weapons but before then let's choose our partners "Adams said and continued" Kane you would be leading team one so choose your partners "...............

Maxwell looked thrilled and sad at the same time,he was thrilled because they would soon get his friends out and he was sad because he was not sure some of them that go for this mission would come back in one piece.He had seen how ruthless and brutal those men were and he had a feeling something bad would happen in the long run.............

They listened carefully as the sound of hurried footsteps became louder into their hearing, they were peeping through the safe proximity of some fallen rocks for any signs of danger.They were still in their position when they saw a figure run in as if in danger.The figure looked quite familiar to all of them but they still stood their ground trying to make sure the coast was clear before making their presence known.After ascertaining that he was not been followed they all begin to troop out from their earlier positions startling Maxwell who was about breaking into another race thinking he had been found.
"What in hells name are you guys doing here?" Maxwell excaimed in surprise. "We should be asking you that man,what are you doing running around the place like a toddler?"James asked Maxwell with a worried look." Yeah,we deserve to know "Pedro supported walking closely to Maxwell." And where are the others with you?"Adams asked after been silent for a while. If others were not going to ask then he was going to do that.He would not forget his other friends just like that.They all looked at Maxwell expecting him to give a reply to Adams question, but he only remained silent.It was now obvious to them something must have gone wrong with the other people.But they could not just place what it is,but they all hoped they are not dead."Why are you not saying anything?"Kane queried Maxwell hoping he would not answer him with the most dreaded thing he had going on in his head.Maxwell sighed,he concluded he would tell them anyway."They had been captured, those bastards have captured them"Maxwell words echoed in the mountains.............

Jim just looked at him with his eyes filled with loathe before mumbling some few incoherent words."Trust me boy,I have dealt with people like you before and yours would not be last time"The short devil said and sneered before adding "You can choose her over your friends or be it the other way round.She would be executed at first light tommorow morning. So the choice is yours,choose wisely"..................

Maxwell made his choice and decided making a run for his life would be the best and the most reasonable option and just as he was about taking a step,he heard the rustling of leaf branches from his back,turning back sharply he could see his assailants getting closer to him and his heart raced in fear. He had not thought about them taking him as an hostage,he had only thought about getting away unnoticed. He could see the men just some few metres away from him now, he had to act fast and he did that quickly taking one of the men unawares. He sent a well calculated scissors kick that caught one of the men straight Into theatre jaw before breaking into a run.....................

Jim blinked hard still refusing to believe what his optical nerves were processing. He whistled out unconsciously,his mouth gaping open."What the Bleep,Jim?"Derek screamed out in surprise. "Bleep".Maxwell cursed out loud as the pain of the large tree branch simmered through his body system.He had forgotten he was in a danger zone due to the pain the tree branch had inflicted on him.
The men holding his friends must have heard him when he talked and they were now advancing towards his position.Maxwell was confused now,he did not know what to do to evade this men and worse his head was really pounding now,he suddenly felt so weak.He took his hands to his fore head and he could feel something sticky.He brought it to his eye level and was suddenly alarmed.He could see his hands covered in his own blood.He suddenly felt nausaeted.He had always been allergic to anything 'blood' and to think that it was now coming from his own very head made him want to puke.
He could hear the men getting more closer to him.He was confused between choosing to break into a run or stay put and lie flat on his belly.He was indeed torn between two different choices............

Jim walked soberly through the prison room until he got to the door.He cling into one of the handles refusing to believe that his only brother had died.He thought of the possibility of the dead man being his brother before concluding that there could be hundreds of people that have that same name in California.His only hope now is to get a picture of the dead man from Serah if she has any with her.And he made to do that right away.But just as he was about to turn away going to her,something caught his attention making him to pause in his tracks.He could not believe what he was seeing.Maybe his two eyes had just decided in playing a fast one on him.He squinted his eyes hoping he was hallucinating or something close to it before fully opening them once again.He gasped out in shock refusing to believe everything happening before him,even when it is so glaring..............
