Most builder ignore the importance of structural engineers.....the beam/column arrangement is faulty, the ratio of concrete is poor......reinforcement prescription and detailn z bad.....I can see a floating beam without support......pls always design ur building structure by a registered NiStuctE or Coren b4 building .....some architect believe structural design is irrelevant......this is the result of No or poor structural design

Engineers design while technicians build....they r trained to follow specifications as instructed by an engineer....thou u may give the credit to them but an engineer designed it.......I being an engineer dos not qualify me roofing a house with hammer......but I can design the slope of the roof et al.....

Oga electro associated and gathered his knowledge from engineers......

Ur transformer dat got burnt 5 tyms is how old(who knows maybe its 20yrs old sef)....its weak nd need replacement as if u will contribute sef if ur building is bill for replacement....dey r managing it for u guys.....

If you have good grades in ur O'level u r good to go.....Uniosun accept combine result....
