only silly people thought it would stop vote buying. It would only make vote buying take new forms such as using recharge card, using food setting up "empowerment" programs for party supporters etc. And it would many politicians spend less per vote. If they want to stop vote buying there are a lot of better ways to go about it. The number one reason why vote buying exists is because politicians are not made to face the law and get prosecuted for the act.
I was laughing at the silly children jumping and saying it would stop vote buying. Politicians have old notes saved and they are worried about losing the money, but it is not because they wont be able to buy votes.
