The west and Kolomoisky made that possible in a bid to spite Russia. You realize that NATO's efforts in Europe have a major goal - to stop Russia.

People think that Zelensky is trying to get NATO to get involved. There are many reports that say that civilians are not being targeted. Guess what Zelensky is doing, he's giving weapons to ordinary civilians. So Russian's can't distinguish between Ukrainian military and civilians because everyone is carrying arms now. That's why it seems like the war is hard for Russia to win. They don't want to kill civilians.

There are also reports from people in Ukraine saying some of these bombings are actually done by Ukrainian government to spark media outrage

Politics is a dirty game. The civilians dying are described as collateral damage.
