The insecurity going on with Bandits, Kidnappers, BH etc can be easily tackled with simple technology (drones, satellite, call mapping, geolocation, FLIR etc) and community policing (see something, say something).
But the Government is incompetent and culpable...also to some degree the citizens as well.

Oga , I live in northern Nigeria so I'm well acquainted with gun fire. Secondly, when bandits come here , they come with the mindset that people are unarmed and this has given them the boldness to steal , kill and kidnap as much as they want. Many people in Northern Nigeria are begging the government to help them with ammunition to defend themselves but our government refuses because it doesn't serve their interest. Give civilian guns and see if this nonsense won't stop before the end of 2022
