And nowhere is it written in military code of conduct that personnels can't have civilians counterparts as spouses. The only time that law is even held at all is if there are standing orders during operations , compliance directives or special orders and duties .

Secondly,her private life and who she choose to have relationships with , has absolutely nothing to do with the army, its personnel or the primary duties of safeguarding the nation. The exception to this comes if her relationship with a civilian will compromise the safety of the army , its personnel or the country's security or ...any standing order dished out by her superiors or CO (commanding officer ). And that may(or may not ) warrant heavy disciplinary actions . What you'll get for this type she has done is nothing more than complaints on her file and a demotion in her rank (of which that can't happen)
