u dont have a problem. Not @ all.
Geology cuts 200 almost every year in oau. Just make above 200 in oau and u're good to go. Your tribe doesnt matter. Just meet d merit cutoff.

u re very wrong.....2006 isn't the first to experience post utme...it was 2005 and secondly schools neva used your O level to grade / give admission ....my 1st nd only jamb until last year was written in 2005 and I used awaiting result all tru...scored 231....wrote post utme and scored 273 nd was admitted into med lab science...and like I said u people should stop scaring dis kids....last year I wrote jamb so as to fulfil my dream of becoming a doctor...scored 229 in jamb....wrote post utme and scored 79....was admitted into med nd surg on merit....so if I can do it...anybody can..so all d scorer of 206 nid to do ...is to read hard for post utme and pass well....

jeeez!!! Am not sure i've really seen a lot of people with such gumption.
U just reminded me of a guy named Fash. He got admitted to oau (medicine) in 1989, somehow he did something bad and got rusticated in 1995, his part 5....after years of pleading, he came back..... graduated in 2010.

They are to resume this May.
1. Law - 291.5
2. English education - 275
3. Medicine - 275

I think the criteria universities will use for this year's admission procedure will be mainly based on post ume results.

the questions were cheap if you ask me. why are you scared of Post ume being tough? if you could muster 249 in UTME, then why the jitters for post UME?

249 isnt a bad score at all.
But the truth remains that 249 is not close to being enough for some courses to get admission in some schools.

I couldn't imagine some of the ICT staff addressing a Jambite like me as "sir". Definitely I knew what they meant: you are getting too old to write Jamb but at least you would have cut your beards before coming.

It doesnt matter. U only feel it when u're not in.
Once u get in, u'll see that there's nothing there. You'll see that A lot of people are far far older and a lot are also in big issues that costs many years on campus.
I hope u get it this time.

I also had 5 years too.
Although i didnt write in a particular year, and missed d postume of another year.
But one experience i've had and try to advice people is that the school choices u make can be detrimental to your gaining admission.

204 is well a score for qualification to write the P/Ume exam.

i guess u didnt get my point @ d outset.
What i said was that u cannot make the merit list with 204 in OAU for the said course.
Of course, merit list is released after postume

200 is no longer enough b'cos nothing guarantees u that u'll get a better score in the postume....thats why i said he'll have to read hard for it.
