Veebliz:

It's: take an S.
So many people usually get confused when it comes to using the indefinite articles: "a" and "an". I have seen people who think that the indefinite article "a" is used before words that begin with a consonant letter and "an" before words that begin with a vowel letter. This is not true, of course. The indefinite article "a" is used before words that begin with a consonant sound. For example:

A university. NOT An university.
A unique way. NOT An unique way.
A usual thing, A European, A euphemism.

If you look at the adjectives and nouns above, you'll notice that they're spelt with vowels, but when you sound them out, you get a Y sound, which is a consonant sound.

The indefinite article "an" is used with words that begin with a vowel sound.

An example ✓

So you would say: The word - search begins with an S. The S is a letter that has its own pronunciation - it's pronounced "es". Try sounding out all the letters of the English alphabet and you can easily know which article to use.

Some people do also get confused about words that begin with an H. The H can be either pronounced or silent.

I will send you an SOS message. ✓

I saw a UFO last week. ✓

It's pretty easy. Just remember: it has to do with the sound.

Underrated.
Thumbs up.

U are 100% right. No state beats Anambra in terms of road network. The quality road alone in Alor beats every thing dat is in lekki
Anambra I swear you will cover the whole village in anambra without knowing it
There road network is something else
Are you from Alor? Because I'm from Alor.
But why on earth are you comparing Anambra to Abuja? Have you been there before? You even have the stuguts to say 100%.

How can you say the quality road in Alor beats everything in Lekki? Nawa for you o.

Abeg stop that rough play.

The 3rd one, which I got February 2018, is still what I'm using. Working perfectly, with no issue.

Go for it.

This particular python is big enough to swallow a human being. This is what they call "kill and eat or be killed and eaten".

However, the killers of this magnificent python have no joy. They are even using vegetables to garnish the meat.

It shows the snake was destined for the soup pot from the moment it was born.
Every choice the python has ever made in its life has led it to the dining table.
Highly underrated.

It's a Double-cell Dell e6410 Latitude battery.

Is that spec the type you're looking for?

If you're in Lagos, come and take my "Dell e6410 latitude" battery for a small change.

It's a "double-cell" battery I got from ebay, and it lasts for 4.5 hours. Very solid.
If you're not in Lagos, I wouldn't want to stress myself doing shipping.

How're you doing guys?
It seems to me that the platform is like a jungle nowadays.

I've been reading to see people talking about the fact that they want to check this gig stuff out. They're also talking and asking about phones to get, laptops to get, etc.
Well, if the old ones won't tell you, I've been here longer, so I'll tell you.
With what I've seen these past few days, this is more than a difficult time to join QA. I'm not saying you shouldn't try. I mean, you have to. How many people even go to work nowadays. But I can understand why the old ones won't want to discourage you to join and try. Na make e no be like say na bad belle. And I understand that. But sometimes, we need to look ourselves in the mirror and tell ourselves something. And I'm only telling you what I'm telling myself. That we have to patiently wait till all this is over.
But now, Jesus! I can't deal. This is for me though. You might have something of a more hustling spirit than I do.

Prenom or Efosa, it's nice to see people hailing you about being on the top table for 3 weeks in a row. I really congratulate your efforts. This is good.
I remember saying it some months ago, that no matter how you try on QA, some people still better pass some people. And you've shown that.

But real talk. In my humble opinion, YOU FAILED THIS THREAD. Yes, you did.
You're telling people that if you look and fix your eyes on the queue continuously, you'll see jobs. I don't doubt you. But will continually looking on the thread also show you jobs that will give you over 600 minutes worth of jobs?
YOU FAILED THIS THREAD.
I go through the thread and see tips that have opened doors to a whole lot to of people. From africard, using phones, ear piece, F-cuk, slack, etc.
Where are you in all of this?

C'mon! Look at the people joining and asking questions and recommendations. Don't just lead them on a wild-goose-chase. Tell them plainly and tell them the truth. That this is difficult, and that they cannot get good jobs. Don't tell them to open their eyes and fix it on the thread because that's a dreadful thing to say.

And for those that have been older here, tell guys the truth.
We were able to take people to where we had been. Now, you guys are taking people to where they cannot be, by encouraging them to be dedicated. This is crass, unfair, and unreasonable.

Do the right thing.

HumanCalc:

No special reason. I guess it's just fear and that "be careful" part of me that doesn't want me to go there. I have tried the school before back in 2018, got 281 in jamb and applied for pharmacy but couldn't get in due to my score in putme then. Also, I am in a school already and I just struggled to read for this jamb sef leaving all my school works. I don't think I can really get the chance to read like that again for putme. Reason I want to apply to schools that don't do putme.
If you don't want to struggle to read like that, what about the reading that would happen if you eventually get into medicine.

Coronavirus has come. Take the opportunity to prepare well for the postume. With your jamb score, you'll pass. Wish you luck.
