I found a new keyboard on Play store that combines the alphabet keys and also the desktop control keys. this will make it easier for you to type faster and also reduce the amount of time you switch interface while typing. the name of the keyboard is " Hacker's keyboard " it gives the user a chance to modified the layout to suit his job. is just 2mb on Play store. the screenshot below shows how it looks like on my phone.
