Buhari played and dribble his houseboy after giving the mere commissioner so much hope. Even Amaechi beat a whole vice president. So shameful.

Career / Re: Should I Accept The New Job Offer? by Hayfield26: 1:24pm On May 06, 2022
What's your current priority?!

A better career-focused role or a better life with ability to pay bills?!

SirDelight:
My current employer pays me N50k monthly with accommodation & transport benefits. Now, I have a new job offer of N80k salary with no accommodation. And the monthly estimation of transport fare for the new job would be N36k (from the N80k). But the only thing I am considering now is the new position I am offered, which would be of great value to my career pursuit. The new pay is nothing to write about, I am only considering the value the new position would add to my CV. Actually, our agreement during the interview was N80k for the three months' probationary period & there would be increment with satisfactory performance. The first offer letter they sent had N60k pay for the probation & N20k increment afterwards, which I rejected. The new offer letter has N80k pay with no increment after the probation. And, I would sign a year contract with them. I doubt surviving in Lagos with the salary. My current job is not in Lagos.

Kindly advise me on what to do. I have just 24hrs to accept or reject the offer.

It's a field engineering. I am currently a technician & now offered a field engineer's position (team lead).

Thanks in anticipation for your inputs.

That last part shaaaa!

"May you find..."

Does that mean hopefully if God recalls the pastor-in-charge?

blamingthedevil:

Don't close your eyes:

“Please be informed that your services as a pastor in charge are no longer required from this commission with immediate effect.

“You are to vacate the official accommodation (where applicable) and hand over all properties of the ministry in your custody, including your staff identity card to the area pastor before departure.

“May you find grace for a new beginning. Peace.”

Romance / Re: My Fiancee Likes Giving Out Her Number To Men, What Should I Do? by Hayfield26: 10:16pm On Mar 10, 2021
She's still searching!

Alexgman1:
My so called fiancee is fond of giving out her number without stress or restrain to any man who ask from her. I noticed this anonying and dis-respectful habit since last year December.

Different people (male) will call her anytime and mostly late in the evening or midnight and she would still pick their calls in my presence, talk softly, smile and even laugh out loud at their jokes and sweet words.

She has given out her contact to guys on facebook, on the streets, in the vehicle, eatery, church, place of work, market, you name it and they disturb her every now and then because of her extreme fairness, beauty, elegance, prettiness and sexy shape. I have endured and tolerated so much for long and am loosing my patience and value for her. All that comes out of her is; "Am i jealous?"

Pls what should i do?

Warn her seriously?

Quit the relationship? Or

Continue to observe and keep quiet?

When you are dating the right girl you hardly get tired of her let alone marriage..

You see that my babe I never get tired of her...

In fact the more I see her the stronger my hunger for her gets..

Politics / Re: #WTO-DG: Okonjo-Iweala Suggested As New WTO Chief, But US Vetoes by Hayfield26: 9:04pm On Oct 28, 2020
Juliusmalema:
Good but Mr fergie001 your topic is misleading

US didn't veto anything but sticks on their preferred candidate.

after all China, EU and Japan sticks with Iweala and China alone contributes to 12.4% trade statistics while US China has 12% of trade.....

US will have to swallow their pride this time around. They are just kicking unnecessarily.

China, EU even Japan are a whole lot of strong backing plus over 90 countries joined together.

There's a possibility of using its veto again the popular choice!
Politics / Re: CACOVID Statement On Looting Of COVID-19 Palliatives by Hayfield26: 10:30pm On Oct 27, 2020
vanbonattel:

Are you saying it's impossible to dispatch all palliative same day?

It's likely not possible because the manufacturers could be overwhelmed. However with good planning it's near possibility.

But let's read the statement again, my concern is some states have started receiving since June.

Let's look at the timelines again

April - June: Donations and plans were ongoing

June - September: it is expected that manufacturers have been at work and delivering to Cacovid or the states according to schedule

Sept - Oct: Governor still contemplating on when to start sharing palliatives

My Truth: Governors have been hoarding most likely since July/Aug

Agriculture / Re: Catfish: Remedy For Mortality by Hayfield26: 1:35pm On Oct 04, 2020
After cropping fish from the pond, simply kill with salt by covering them up tightly in a bough. After they become very weak wash with clean water under running tap. That's all.
