Please don't be angry... How do you expect them to rescue someone who committed suicide? If she is rescued alive she will swear for them, and she will be jailed for attempted suicide.

I don't think anyone will jail someone who tried to commit suicide. That is like adding more to the problem. Rather she should be given adequate medical attention (like seeing a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist).
