No need to send birth certificate.
And why do u have to send 3 set of documents?
A set of document will do and 3 application forms...if the schools have separate application forms, include d completed/signed form alongside uni assist's application forms + d documents needed...1 set of document will do.

Yes u can pay directly from there, all that is needed is to ensure u are paying into the correct account...check uni assist web page for the account details. Also when u get to d column where u have to describe the payment, just write "ur name, date of birth and ur uni assist number" but if the column is not enof to contain all these descriptions, just choose 2 best combinations...e.g " ur first&surname and ur uni assist number" or " ur date pf birth and uni assist number"

Forget about school stamp man...book an appointment with the German embassy and take ur documents there for certification...chikena

Thank you for the response. But I need to know if it's both the transcript and my certificate or just the certificate. Because transcript was certified copy issued by the school and stamped as well. Contained the how it was graded.

Where did u certify your certificates befoore sending them?
May be you certified from an unacceptable place

Put the address of a place where u will likely pick it up urself....say ur office or relatives office (here in Nigeria). Don't forget it will still have to be certified before sending to Deutschland .

Dont send through email.

Just put it together with ur documents and send by post...not email.
