Pls how did u check BTU admission status for power engineering?
Dominicumoh:
Hello guys,.
Goodevening to you all.
Please, I am a bit confused and I need your views on this,.it will go a long way to help me make a decision.

If you were me, which of these courses in this cities/states would you prefer? Got admitted in 2 of the 3 schools I applied to. I'm certain the 3rd will admit me too.

1. Otto Von Guericke University, Magdeburg (Saxony Anhalt) - Electrical Engineering and Information Technology [Status-ADMITTED]
2. BTU-Cottbus, Seftenberg (Brandenburg) - Power Engineering [Status-ADMITTED]
3. Technical University of Ingolstadt (Bavaria) - Renewable Energy Systems [Status-AWAITING DECISION]

Please, mostly for those in Germo already; which of these courses will you consider more relevant? Or which of these cities or states will you choose over the other in terms of living standard, student jobs, prospect after studies, acceptability of the blacks etc?
I seriously need help cos I don't know anywhere or anyone in Germo,.I've done my research but i end up getting confused the more....

Which of these options will you consider the best and why? Thanks in anticipation

Form A rate is different from trading rate bro...
I stand to b corrected though.
Someone on this forum used form A with Zenith bank in Kogi state 2 weeks back n it goes for 405...
Make whoever official attending to u at d bank understand u talking about form A n not normal FX trading.
lumyehiteryur:
Hi all,

Just left Zenith bank now about funding. They said they trade Euro @447 not 347. I nearly fainted ooooo. Although its 347 dey wrote... but the platform will automatically give the conversion in naira which is 3.86 (447)

Please any one who has funded at a cheaper rate shld help out.

Shalom

I have sorted the ish out...
Booked for 17th/08
dobeespen:
Damn. That sucks. I guess you have to wait until you get them to be issued a date. Hopefully, their enrollment deadlines are around late September/October. That way, you can still be given a date

try and contact your school for a letter extending your enrollment probably till October ending so that you'd be able to get visa slot

Hello house...
I booked an appointment for visa interview this morning and this was the response i got;
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that the Consulate General is already booked out until August 17th. We are therefore unable to grant you an appointment date as the processing time of a student visa takes up to at least 5 weeks. You are welcome to reapply for the next semester. Further enquiries concerning your current letter of admission cannot be answered.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely yours,

Visa Section

Student applicant. You only pick student visa if you already have a student visa, which I'm guessing you don't have at the moment.

Has anyone used Finitiba for blocked account opening?
I observed no 1 is talking about finitiba...instead people still goes to the embassy for that.
Is it that Finitiba isn't a good option?
Travel / Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Haywhy1987: 9:41pm On May 22, 2017
Dont u think finitiba will save u d stress of going to embassy to open a blocked account?
I stand to be corrected
uchevolata:

@Pvibe007....do you mean the FedEx office right at the embassy? Next to the counter for inquiries and queuing?
I will be there early...the appointment is between 7:30 - 8am

Again the proof of funds for self sponsor must it be equivalent to the €8640 in Naira for the block account opening?

God bless us all
