And that is what doctors who sell Food Supplements to healthy people are doing. Bet y?

I know there are doctors who out of financial motives sell this Food Supplements to healthy people who don't need it. This is a shame and it's uncalled for.

The logic is vei simple, If you eat good food with fruits & fresh vegetables and you are healthy with no illness, Why supplements biko

So in simple terms, except u are pregnant, over 55yrs old, extremely malnourished, or too sick to eat; u don't need food supplements at all.

It is different from the popular paranoia that drives most people to buy whatever is sold as Food Supplements which they don't need.

But note; any supplementation needed by a patient is decided and given by the doctor based on the absolute necessity of the drug.... Stop personal prescriptions

For example pregnant women usually need Iron to boost their blood levels,(keribaby, goodyboo, haliluck, goldenone et al...) post-menopausal women need Calcium to prevent osteoporosis....

And even in the categories of people who medically need some supplementation, the needs are not the same.
It is individual-based.

There are different categories of individuals who may need some form of supplements but the idea that everybody needs it is a big lie... I teh u

As a matter of fact, except u have a background medical problem or u are too sick/malnourished to eat, Food Supplements are really unnecessary....

B15 Award night
Here goes the Rules of the game:

1: You can nominate yourself and nominate others too but only a maximum of three nominees for each Awards.
2: All nominations will be collated and the top 5 shall be considered in each category for the award
3: The timeframe for each category MUST be strictly adhered to (8am to 6pm daily) else your nomination will be void
4: Each category has its requirements which shall be decided upon by the judges
5: Judges cannot be nominated in any of the award categories and cannot nominate too.
6. The nominations for each days will be category 1 - 4 from Monday to Friday
