GeneralQuamdeen:You're wicked ooooo !!!! Chai !!! You will also be in that position one day and how would you feel if you're been treated in such manner. ''Change'' begins with you. |
1. Is for better or worse making me better or worse? Does your partner encourage you to be your best self, or does he or she get intimidated by any triumphs and feel more secure when you’re not putting your best foot forward? 2. Do we really accept one another? There will always be things you want to change about the people in your life, but no one should be in a situation where they feel they aren’t allowed to be authentic and accepted as the unique, special (yet flawed) person they are. 3. Who am I? How can you know if your partner is a good match if you have no idea who you are? 4. Am I happy to be in this relationship? The idea of sharing a life together is not to find someone to complete you or make you happy. But let’s face it: being unhappy at home can seep into other areas of your life . . . and fast. If you’re always fighting or just generally not feeling great about your twosome, it doesn’t mean you have to bail out (counseling might be a good option) but marrying someone in the hope that it changes things is a bad, bad idea. 5. Am I feeling trapped? Do you really want to be in this relationship the majority of the time or do you find yourself wishing for a way out? Do you stay because you’ve invested time or are you really invested in your mate? 6. What am I doing to hold us back? Maybe you could be more attentive, more thoughtful, quicker to let things go, or the first to bring up going to counseling. Whatever it is, take this as your sign to step up. 7. Is this relationship balanced? Do you feel you’re both on the same page in terms of compromise, care, support and sacrifice? Or is one of you doing most of the giving while the other just sits with their hand out? 8. Can we have fun together? Have you ever seen two people sit across from one another in silence at brunch as though they are being forced to walk through their day together? Not. fun. 9. Can we have fun apart? Co-dependency ain’t cute, y’all. 10. Why am I in this relationship? Is it because you respect, love, trust, and value the person you are with? Or because you’re afraid of being alone, worried about finances, or have built a life you’re scared to leave? 11. Where is this going? Living in the “now” is great, but eventually the partnership will need a plan or someone will begin to feel anxious. 12. Do I really trust my partner? For some, the immediate response to this can be devastating. If you’re one of them, it’s time to ask why and how you can begin to build or rebuild trust. Without it, there’s no chance. 13. Am I with a good person? Knowing what you know about your partner today, would you vouch for them if they were a friend? 14. Am I attracted to my partner? Physical attraction is hardly the most important component in a relationship, but forcing yourself to be in a relationship with someone who you’re not attracted to — just because it’s comfortable or “perfect on paper” isn’t fair to anyone. You will feel resentful and they will feel rejected. 15. Am I a parent or a partner? Taking care of someone you love is a great thing to do, but when you feel like you’re raising a boyfriend — or worse, a husband — things get a little complicated. You’ll resent his childish ways. Who wants to sleep with their mom? 16. Does my partner have my back? Do you feel like you’re a part of a loyal team who stands up for one another, supports one another, and shows a united front (even when the other is not around)? Or, do you feel like you’re constantly being thrown under the bus by your mate? 17. Are we looking in the same direction? Some couples avoid having the big talks (religion, marriage, babies) because they think that, somehow, these things will just “work themselves out.” By the time they realize they won’t, they’re in a complicated, painful situation that leaves one (or both) feeling a little bit duped. 18. Are we growing together? Being a human being living on this earth, we all have a right to grow and develop, and create a full life for ourselves. Are you and your partner still indulging in your passions (individual and shared) and growing as individuals? 19. Am I still me? Being in love with someone should not require changing our identity to fit someone else’s idea of who we should be, on any level. 20. What is my gut telling me? You have intuition for a reason. Listen to yourself. http://abiolainfo..com/2015/06/relationship-do-not-marry-until-you-can.html?m=1

HER VIRGINITY You met and dated a girl when you were in the University, she was a virgin when you met her, and you both agreed not to have s*x until your wedding night. The two of you became graduates but were jobless for 4yrs. However, after many years of suffering, she later secured a job for you in one Big Company where you were paid close to N900,000 per month. Things were now going well with you and you finally proposed marriage to her, she accepted but after a few seconds, tears began rolling down her cheeks. You asked her what the problem was and what you heard was… “I Am Sorry Love, M No Longer AVirgin, I Gave My Virginity ToYour Boss Before He AcceptedToEmploy You In The Company. That’S The Only Condition HeGave Me If You Must Be EmployedOr You Would Continue ToRemain Jobless” Hmmm.!” Assuming you were the guy, would you still go ahead with the wedding.?And as a lady, can u do such for your love?

Everyone has some physical traits and attributes they love in humans. Ladies rank high in these attributes that attract men. Some men have been found to be extremely attracted to the arse while others have seeming love for the b***s. Of course, the b***s has great power to attract and keep guys in check but it also comes with its own share of responsibilities. Ladies that have big b***s face a certain level of problems. This may range from the simple to the serious. Some of the problems ladies with big b***s face are discussed below. 1. Difficulty in exercise Ladies with big b***s can relate to the fact that exercises can be a traumatic experience for them. Most would require some materials including sport bras and safety pins to help keep their b***s in a comfortable place. The absence of this makes routine exercises such as jogging and certain aerobic exercise difficult. More so, other exercise routines such as jumping jacks could be a nightmarish experience for women with big b***s who might need to hold their b***s while performing the routines. 2. Difficulty in choosing blouses It is pretty difficult for ladies with big b***s to put on blouses that are buttoned up all way up in the front. This is evident from the stretchy button and button holes as a result of the b***s stretching the blouse to its limits. Such blouses could accidentally have the buttons bust off and the lady grappling to hide the holes visible through the blouse. There really is no in-between in clothes for the clothes women with big b***s wear. it’s either women with big b***s choose to wear clothes that are 2 sizes big or you wear one that would make you rock your cleavage but suffer the possibility of looking like a prostitute. 3. Unwanted attention Obviously, the attention the big b***s women get is second to none but it could also be a problem when the attention such women get is not desired. It becomes problematic for such women when the gaze on the b***s are held longer than normal and thus become stares. That is mostly creepy and uncomfortable for them. 4. s****d comments A major problem for women with big b***s is the terrible comments that most get from some guys and skinny girls that are jealous of her. Some comments can be hurting for these women but overtime, they get to take such snide comments in their stride and see such comments from fellow women as nothing more than jealousy and those from guys as appreciative lust. It is however important that women that have big b***s take it in their stride and enjoy the attention. 5. Cute bras stop at a certain size I once dated a woman with big b***s and she had so much issues with getting the fancy bras she loved. She was quite upset with wearing undergarments and went to great lengths to get bras that suited her. 6. Cleavage at times is just unavoidable People should learn not to blame women with big b***s if they show more than a little cleavage. A lot of them don’t enjoy wearing “maternity gowns” and want to look quite sexy too. This may result in them showing a bit of cleavage and they shouldn’t be criticised for doing so. Well, these are some of the problems women with big b***s face and it is important that you love your body if you are one. Added with the fact that a lot of men enjoy women with big b***s, such women should enjoy the attention. Even though there are men that dig women with small b***s, there are others who love big b***s as beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. All round, men enjoy b***s and despite the problems women face with big b***s, we are just happy that the b***s are there irrespective of the size they are. Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi has vowed to stop opposition politicians who he accused of foisting violence on some communities in Ibadan, the state capital. The governor alleged that the violence was meant to discredit his administration “which has successfully enthroned peace since 2011”. He vowed to stop the troublemakers while addressing a crowd of supporters and fun seekers at the opening of the Agodi Gardens, Ibadan. Ajimobi said he would not allow violence again in Oyo state. “The bad guys of yesterday are trying to bring back violence because election is near. But we won’t allow violence again. There is a definite connection between a peaceful, clean environment, healthy people and influx of investors. This Agodi Gardens is a good example. This is a world-class recreational centre.” The Chairman of the partnering firm, JD Capital, Makin Soyinka, said his firm accepted to work with the government based on Ajimobi’s vision to restore the state’s old glory and monuments. The lighting of the Christmas tree in the gardens was performed by legal luminary Mrs. Folake Solanke. Ajimobi said his administration was motivated into reconstructing the gardens in view of its long years of neglect. “Agodi Gardens was in a sorry state when we first visited the place. It was desolate and empty. Everything was very bad. It had deteriorated so much and it was very shameful,’’ he said. http://www.thenationonlineng.net/new/ ajimobi-opposition-behind-attacks/ |
The Governor of Osun, Rauf Aregbesola, has revealed how the deployment of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in monitoring and reporting of events as they unfolded during the August 9 governorship election in the state prevented falsification of results. The governor, in a statement by the Director Bureau of Communication and Strategy, Mr. Semiu Okanlawon, was quoted as stating this while delivering a keynote address titled "Broadband: Oxygen for Digital Economy" at the Africa Digital Forum and Award organised by the ICT Watch Network at the Sheraton Hotels and Towers in Lagos on Sunday evening. Mr. Aregbesola pointed out that ICT was put to use by the various situation rooms set up by the government to monitor, get results and happening across all the units, wards and local governments in the state, which he said helped in no small measure. He bemoaned the situation, where the country, at this jet age, lacked the capacity to deploy advanced technologies to locate the whereabouts of the Chibok school girls several months after their abduction by Boko Haram insurgents. The governor noted that Nigeria has a new opportunity for economic resurgence in the digital age, saying that the nation has the requisite infrastructure both material and human. He said, "We have a huge human population (167 million) with equally immense needs. This is a potentially immense market with which we can trade our way from poverty to riches. Added to this is the demography of that population. "Our population is predominantly composed of youths who are energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative," the governor said. Mr. Aregbesola noted that the Osun experience in the use of modern technology and the use of Internet could be a model for national ICT development on a non-partisan basis. The governor pointed out that the use of ICT would enhance greater deployment and consumption of broadband. According to Mr. Aregbesola, "In Osun, without being immodest, we can say that ICT has been a major plank of governance. We pioneered e-learning with the invention of Opon Imo. We have also been able to provide card-based e-credit for farmers. Of course, we have also deployed e- based payroll and staff ID card on MasterCard platform directly connected to the holder's account. "We have also devised e-ID Card for all pupils in public schools and the card will now serve as payment instrument for our home-grown school feeding and health programme (O'MEALS). "We set up the OYESTECH, an institution for training youths in the use, assembly and repair of electronic gadgets from plasma television, computers to mobile phones," the governor told the gathering. Mr. Aregbesola said Nigeria has a great potential for enhancing development in this information age through the digital economy. He noted that there were still huge potential in road traffic monitoring and control, CCTV camera, weather monitoring and forecast, national population database among others. He said, "What this means is that there is power and potential in numbers. A great number of people mean a potentially great variety of needs to be met. "The good thing is that in meeting these needs, a self- reinforcing cycle is created in which people have access to employment, are productively engaged, earn income, create wealth, and spread prosperity with accompanying prospect of material uplift and satisfaction." IBADAN—The crisis-ridden Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Oyo State was further depleted yesterday as one of its aggrieved leading governorship aspirants, Seyi Makinde picked up the ticket of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, as its candidate for the 2015 election. Just last week, a former governor of the state, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala also dumped the party for the Labour Party after the former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Folarin was given the party’s ticket. While declaring his intention to call it quits with the party in Ibadan yesterday with all his teeming supporters, Makinde said; “After fruitless efforts to ensure that free and fair election prevailed within PDP and witnessing the yearnings of the ordinary people of Oyo State that are asking for change for the reduction of poverty due to poor governance, I find it extremely difficult to shy away from this popular demand to make a difference in lives of our people.” Justifying the reason for dumping the party, Makinde asked, “how can this same party have a candidate who claims to have been elected with 167votes which is just about 10percent of the total number of delegates after the majority or 1, 053 delegates were disenfranchised.” “I am concerned about the level of deprivation of our people. Poverty has dehumanized and debased the quality of lives down to a level that is incompatible with human dignity. “In my private capacity, I have tried to lift them up but I believe that with the instruments of governance, we can together move farther than any private effort. I have seen in my interactions with people that they believe in what we are doing and they are ready to support us to the best their abilities”, he said. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/12/oyo- pdp-crisis-deepens-makinde-others-defect-sdp/ #sthash.9hUWVbBb.dpuf |

A former Captain of the Green Eagles, Segun Odegbami, said on Wednesday that Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama deserved to be nominated for the BBC African Footballer of the Year Award. Odegbami, a member of the Green Eagles squad that won the 1980 Africa Cup of Nations in Lagos, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos that Enyeama had been consistent. Odegbami said, “I think that Vincent Enyeama deserves it, he has been probably the most consistent African goalkeeper. “And he has been so impressive that I thought he should have been nominated during the last award. “If one Nigerian deserves it, he’s the one; but since then, things have changed a little bit. “I see that he is still maintaining his influence from last season; and that’s why perhaps he has been nominated again. I think he deserves it.” Yaya Toure (Cote d’Ivoire), the current holder, has been nominated for the sixth consecutive year, along with Pierre- Emerick Aubameyang (Garbon), Yacine Brahimi, Vincent Enyeama, and Gervinho (Cote d’Ivoire). The winner of the award will be decided by fans of African football, who have until 18:00 GMT on Monday, Nov. 24 to vote for their choice. A 32-year-old pastor has been remanded in prison for allegedly raping and impregnating an 11-year-old girl (names withheld) in Lagos State. The pastor (names withheld) whose church is located at Odunbaku Street in Iju Ishaga, a Lagos suburb, was arraigned at a Senior Magistrates’ Court, Abule Egba, Lagos State. According to reports, the pastor allegedly told the victim’s mother that there is an arrow of death in her house and must move out to avoid death. In obedience, the woman moved into the church with her children. However, trouble started when the woman noticed some strange behaviour by her daughter who complained of stomach pain and showed signs of malaria. According to the mother, she contacted a nurse who then treated her for malaria, but the sickness continued until she underwent a scan which revealed that she was pregnant. It was later discovered that she was two months pregnant and when pressed further, she revealed that the pastor gave her ‘holy water’ to drink and also gave her a red substance to rub on her face. The victim further added that she became unconscious only for her to see the pastor on her. When she wanted to scream, she said he used his hand to cover her mouth before sleeping with her, and told her she would die if she told anyone. The pastor pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge and the presiding magistrate, Mr. T. A. Elias, ordered him remanded in prison custody, pending the advice of Directorate of Public Prosecution and adjourned the case to January 2015. An official of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Adeniyi Adebayo, on Tuesday told a Federal High Court in Lagos how huge sums of money were discovered in the accounts of a Nigerian-based Indian businessman, Patrick Fernandez. Fernandez is standing trial for alleged money laundering and financial crime to the tune of N32 billion. The EFCC had charged the accused to court on a 56-count-charge that bordered on alleged attempt to defraud some commercial banks and money laundering of about N32 billion. The accused was specifically arraigned with three firms linked to him. The firms are Joseann Global Resources Limited, Pet Prime Impex Limited and Pet Ferns Nigeria Limited. While being cross-examined by the lead defence counsel, James Osholi (SAN), the EFCC official said the huge sums of money were found in the accounts of the accused based on cheque. He added that some of the affected banks acknowledged that the accused applied for cheque discounting facility. Adebayo said: “During interview with the banks, we were informed by bank officials that the huge amount was related to loans granted the accused especially by Intercontinental Bank.” Intercontinental Bank had since been dissolved and merged with Access Bank. When asked whether the EFCC could question bank loans, the witness replied in the negative, but said the commission could demand for documents in relation to any account if there is any suspicion. The matter was subsequently adjourned to December 12, 2014 for continuation of cross-examination. Before the case was assigned to the current judge, Justice John Tsoho, the matter had previously been handled by Justice Ramat Ahmed Mohammed, who has since been transferred out of the Lagos division of the court. Adebayo had testified before Justice Mohammed how the anti-graft commission came into the picture of the case. Led in evidence by EFCC’s lawyer, Rotimi Jacobs, the witness, who said his schedule of work included investigation of economic and financial crimes, said sometime in February 2008, a Suspicious Transaction Report (STI) was forwarded by the intelligence unit of the commission to his department for investigation. Adebayo told the court that his department was mandated to investigate some huge amount running through the account of the accused and his three companies. Based on the development, the witness said his department swung into action and wrote letters to the banks involved and actually got a reply. He also said some of the banks indulged in cheque kitting to perpetuate the crime. Source: http//:www.dailyindependentnig.com/2014/11/huge-sums-detected-indians-accounts-efcc/ |

Peoples Democratic Party governors on Tuesday told President Goodluck Jonathan that the road to 2015 would not be smooth for him and the party. However, they said they were of the opinion that the party will still win the presidential election and majority of the governorship seats in the country. The Chairman, PDP Governors’ Forum and Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio said this on behalf of his colleagues at President Jonathan’s presidential declaration at Eagles Square, Abuja on Tuesday. The governor, who is among the governors contesting for the position of senator, said that the ruling party will not handover to sponsors of terrorism. While saying that he and other PDP governors were behind the President, Akpabio said, “We were robbed of three states, but the entry of Ekiti and Ondo States have increased our number. We may end up with about 30 states. “But Mr. President, we know that the route to 2015 is not going to be very smooth but we are assuring you that at the end of the tunnel victory is yours as victory belongs to all of us and victory remains that of PDP. “We will never be intimidated. You are like David in the Bible, you are fighting all the wars today so that future Presidents in Nigeria will have peace. “We recognize that. You have taken the right step by building the Almajiri schools particularly in Northern Nigeria, you are building other schools in the South. “You have decided to take education as a major step to educate Nigerian children so that they will not be misled in the future again. “Never again will people mislead our children into terrorism; never again will our children succumb to insurgency. We are witnessing something that is totally un- Nigerian and we are saying do not be intimidated, we are behind you. “Those who are behind you are more than those who are against you. In 2015 all Nigerians are going to tell you that we are behind you.” He said that the opposition was fighting a lost battle, adding that there was no way the ruling party would handover the reigns of government to them. He said that the opposition All Progressives Congress has no plan for the country, describing it as blackmailer and agent of destabilizer. Akpabio added that opposition was fighting selfish war, stressing that the PDP would not be intimidated. Source : http//:www.punchng.com/news/road-to-2015-wont-be-smooth-pdp-govs-tell-jonathan/ |

At a gathering of 14 divided cities from Baghdad to Sarajevo to Kaduna, Nigeria, one consistent theme emerged: rising youth unemployment. Each of the delegations agreed that addressing this issue is the most important challenge for any city struggling to shift away from conflict. It is true in Baghdad, where a disaffected youth – tired of the lack of opportunity or any hope for a productive future—is descending into despair throughout an increasingly divided Iraq. Out of that despair comes a small but steady stream of recruits from the Sunni population who, tired of the tyranny of a Shia-led government, are drawn to the apocalyptic, dark vision of the movement known as the Islamic State (IS). It is true in Sarajevo and throughout Bosnia, which has the highest youth unemployment rate at 57 percent, according to World Bank data. There, ethnic tensions still smolder from a conflict that ended two decades ago, and an idle and disillusioned youth is left wondering about its future. An older generation who witnessed the horrors of the war fear that those embers could someday re-ignite hostilities if a better alternative is not presented to young people. It is true in Kaduna, Nigeria, a city where religious leaders have worked hard to try to heal the divisions between Muslims and Christians. But stemming a tide of violence will only be possible when those leaders can offer a better future to young people through jobs – a distant dream in a country where by some estimates as many as 80 percent of young people are neither employed nor in school. This rising concern over global youth unemployment was starkly evident at the Forum for Cities in Transition held last week in Belfast. Here, we toured "interface" areas between Protestants and Catholics, places where the lack of opportunity was clearly evident. Even in Protestant areas where Loyalist paramilitary groups have quieted, resentments still run strong and still erupt into flashes of violence. Source: http//:www.cnbc.com/id/102169409 |
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday said it had recovered over N5bn from its investigations into the oil subsidy fraud. Also, the anti-graft agency disclosed that more than 40 suspects involved in the fraud are currently facing prosecution. EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Lamorde, revealed these in an address presented on his behalf by the Commission’s Deputy Director, Public Affairs, Mr. Osita Nwajah, at a workshop on effective reporting of financial crimes in Enugu. Lamorde added that in the pension fraud matter, the EFCC has so far secured one conviction and recovered property valued at over a billion naira. He dismissed insinuations that the anti-graft agency has adopted a low profile in the anti-graft campaign. “A few cynics have in recent times talked about the commission maintaining a low profile. No such thing exists,” Lamorde said, adding that cases abound in the agency’s offices across the six zones of the country. He revealed that the EFCC is currently investigating a case of fraud in an old generation bank in Port Harcourt, where a customer, working with his wife who is a banker in a new generation bank, defrauded the bank of the sum of N855m. According to Lamorde, the suspect, identified as one Uchenna Ogbonnaya Dike, cashed in on system glitches to perpetrate the scam over a period of five months by transferring funds from the bank into accounts in the new generation bank. He stressed that the EFCC has intensified efforts to apprehend the suspects’ accomplices, who are currently on the run. “We are determined to check all incidences of fraud in the banking sector,” Lamorde assured. The EFCC boss urged media practitioners to continue reporting court cases involving financial crime beyond the arraignment stage.
