Above list is the names and States of origin of members of BUHARI's Supreme Military Council. It is the highest lawmaking body in the land as at then. It's equivalent of present day Senate and House of Representatives combined. Out of 16 member Council, Buhari selected 11 from North, leaving the whole of South with 5 members. Just imagine a situation where a law to wipe out the south is brought to the chamber, what would be the outcome is a matter for another day.
