Rather than address my evidence you have been demanding to know what dowjones wants rather than asking why he collected my cash and used it for something else without my consent? Or rather what I also want since I have been very accommodating to his needs and gave him a direct link to all the people who would have helped his case along with me.


Even honest traders here have stated that fact... If you will not state that fact then I will take it as a clear case of bias because I have the verdict from Dominique already. If he is ready to receive his 300k then I will give him a payment plan beginning today...but if you want to renege on the initial verdict and use public drama to force me to help him get his N 700,000 from rarestrandshairs then that will not work. It may require legal means which I am ready for.

I chose to ignore that post. One kaboninc guy called me asking funny questions. I asked him if funlord sent him to call me and he confirmed. I expect funlord or this kaboninc to deny this.

I raised the flag. In fact, it lead to the closure of this thread before reopening. But I later consented (the decision that I regret till date) to the deletion of those posts due to the following reasons

1. Because the person he cheated later started shivering when fun.lord told him he won't pay him if he didn't write positive about him and remove his previous post. The guy came here and wrote what funlord requested. I looked very stupid to the audience here

2. Because a WhatsApp group was created and a mod was added to settle the case. It was mentioned that the other regular scammers would only exploit the situation and because fun.lord was actively fighting scammer (albeit he has his motive too), making the red flag available would cause more harm than good.

Nevertheless, I do warn people to be careful when trading with funlord

I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY FUNLORD. (this is for anyone who plans on doing future business with him)

… and for the moderators who will attend to this case. there is no grey area in business, its either you’re good or bad.

I will summarize to save everyone’s time. (i have left out all evidences and details of middlemen. i will provide all these on request by moderators)

1. i ordered for USD deposits from funlord to a BOA account

2. funlord wires $3,000 (one of several payments)

3. the bank calls the next day to inform that the funds were fraudulent and they should be contacted for further action

4. bank offers me (i use my friends account) to reverse funds to the sender or keep it and possibly face charges

5. i inform funlord and he suggests i reverse it

6. funds were reversed, banks put the funds in a HOLD ACCOUNT ( because its under investigation) and my bank account was closed.

7. at this point i demand for a refund but funlord accuses me of being a scammer because there was no proof of a closed account or email from the bank (i later realize that a third party company handles the bank’s fraud cases and they will not communicate with you for legal reasons)

8. i suggested that the account sender goes to her bank to claim her money and end this issue. but funlord says the lady has been going to the bank and the bank cannot help (i will prove this is a lie)

9. after some research,i find out that the funds CAME FROM A DEAD PERSON’S ACCOUNT and the person who sent the money is just a next of kin (enough reason for a bank to suspect fraud even when there’s none)

10. with this information i thought funlord will finally arrange a refund. instead he blocked me. I have been blocked by funlord for over 3 weeks and i have been speaking to his middleman. who on legal grounds, has no business with me. (funlord who i did business with pushes me to a middleman and blocks me)

But it is you that I will advise to be very careful with your pattern of trading. You're doing middleman of a transaction you are not capable of paying. If you're eventually scammed, you too will turn scammer because you won't have enough money to refund your client. You were once involved in similar issue like that which necessitated giving you some times to refund.
In short, never get involved in a transaction you are not capable of paying for.

I don't see any reason why an escrow will be held responsible for a chargeback...

How can a buyer and seller call me to escrow a PayPal trade... I escrowed for you successfully and chargeback happens and you think you can contact me to complain?

It's a different case if I'm a middle man tho...
But acting as escrow, nothing concern me...
