Are you really in love with him or you are just scared you will lose the friendship/closeness you have with him once he is married?

To asnwer you if he has dropped several hints that he may be interested in a relationship with you or you are certain through his direct words that he doesn't really love his fiancee then you can make advances; otherwise stay clear and let your friend go.

Better disassociate yourself from the girl and your friend for now or you may use your head to carry load that is more than you. Should anything happen to the girl from that abortion/bleeding you may become an accomplice or a best a witness. Leave them to sort themselves out. Be very careful.
