Insha Allah.

That will be a defining moment for Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Drama At The NDC Primaries In Abuja As Emeka Ike And Trageel Cry Out by Hedonisco: 5:24pm On May 29
Everybody wants to use Peter Obi wave to blow. Since people saw what happened last time with Labour Party, you don't expect it to be easy this time around.

No more room for Okada riders and market women.

NDC decision makers will make serious money from all of this this time around.
PoliticsRe: Akpabio Scores Tinubu High On Economic Reforms, Security by Hedonisco: 9:23am On May 29
Can't wait to see these disgusting men retired from Nigerian politics permanently.
PoliticsRe: How Productive Are Nigeria Workers, Really? by Hedonisco: 7:26am On May 29
The entire Nigerian public service should be disbanded and reformed. I know it is almost impossible, but it needs to be done.

95% of the entire public service across all tiers and arms of government are incompetent, unproductive, parasitic deadwood who add zero value and just leech on the resources of the country.

I have always had disdain for many Nigerian civil servants and other public service officials, especially in the way they prance about with an air of importance, despite being an absolute waste of space.

We have to find a way to entrench meritocracy and value-driven employment and remuneration if we want to move forward as a nation.
PoliticsRe: How Did These Men Become So Rich In Less Than 3 Years Of Serving As Inspector by Hedonisco: 6:52am On May 27
zoghys:
Both sets are bad for our image and prosperity of the country. Yahoo boys com ritualists are as bad as our politithiefians who keeps looting our common patrimony with reckless abandon.
Yeah, but the fact that you don't know a person's source of income does not automatically make them yahoo boys or ritualists. That's the point. There are many ways to make money intelligently that doesn't have to be "visible" or known to busybodies. So rather focus on the people whose jobs and income is known, which makes it automatically impossible for them to be legitimately wealthy.
PoliticsRe: How Did These Men Become So Rich In Less Than 3 Years Of Serving As Inspector by Hedonisco: 5:31am On May 27
zoghys:
That's a brilliant and well articulated points but this is a country where we don't ask questions. You see an average guy who can't even afford lunch and all of a sudden he's a multi millionaire with no known job or business interest and all we say is the guy na yahoo and people seems cool with that and move on. Politics is Nigeria as been so monetized that a councillor who may not even be a school sat holder turns millionaire overnight with questions asked. Sincerely, I don't think things can get better if our mindset is remains which I don't see changing.
I prefer the rich guy with no "known job or business interest" than the typical rich Nigerian public servant with KNOWN salary/income that does not justify their wealth.

Any self employed person could be doing anything and has no income cap. But the salary earner whose salary for 35 years cannot buy a duplex in any major city cannot justifiably be wealthy.
PoliticsRe: Don't Let Me Finish Politically - Rotimi Amaechi Begged Tinubu (Throwback) by Hedonisco: 6:22pm On May 23
Nobody takes this self-important fool seriously.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Shocks Nigerians, Gives Rare Tour Of His Surprisingly Simple Home by Hedonisco:
Mirasteel:
I will never believe Nigerian politicians.
People like you disgust me. Any fool pretending that "all politicians are the same" (which essentially means that Tinubu should continue, since he is "the same" as Peter Obi and the rest), is an enemy of the people and should receive worse fate than even known disciples and foot soldiers of te current government.

As the old saying goes, you can't wake someone who is pretending to be asleep.
Foreign AffairsRe: South African Anti-Immigrant Group Orders Nigerian Man To Close His Car Wash Biz by Hedonisco: 4:10pm On May 23
It's not different from what the Yorubas are doing in Lagos.

EducationRe: Tinubu Appoints Prof Segun Aina As New JAMB Registrar by Hedonisco: 12:45pm On May 21
Sensiblerealist:
I don't care about all these nepotism shii that guys on here yap about, Naija admin na just to dey reward allies and cronies.
My own ish is that most people with this kind CV will rather stay back in UK,US or Canada. How inn collect all the degree finish for UK com dey work for OAU get as e be. I'm he is probably still on fellowship with foreign universities
Don't mind these irritating people.

So all the so-called qualifications he gathered was to come and steal money in a corrupt Nigeria government position at such a young age?

Why he is not founding and running a startup? Why is he not going to test his 'hin-telligenze' by working at SpaceX or OpenAI?

These people can only fool themselves.
EducationRe: Tinubu Appoints Prof Segun Aina As New JAMB Registrar by Hedonisco: 12:42pm On May 21
DeLaRue:
I thought you people said you were tired of old people heading things in Nigeria.

As soon as a brilliant young professor with all the right credentials is appointed, you no longer care that the appointee is young and has the rare technical pedigree.

If the man is a 60 year old non Yoruba with a background in Biology and doesn'tknow his right from left when it comes to technology, you would prefer him along as he is non-Yoruba huh

Mr Tinubu should employ the best hands available to fill jobs of national importance, wherever they come from.
So there is no young, qualified non-yoruba person, or you just want to advertise your closet 'kobo kobo sense' inanity?
PoliticsRe: Kano Awash With Amaechi Posters Ahead Of Possible 2027 Bid by Hedonisco: 4:54pm On May 20
Kog45:
He doesn't have what It takes abi,a former Rivers state governor and former minister, okay Obi and Atiku have what it takes...dey there deceiving yourself
Former governor and former minister means what? Did he get any of these posts on merit?

I hate people like Amaechi who have never proven their worth in anything outside leeching on government positions in a corrupt country like Nigeria. From doing boy boy to Peter Odili, he became Speaker of RHOA, and from there, meandering from one government role to the other for about 25 years and counting. What rubbish, anybody can do that if the person is in the system.

Reminds me of these incompetent civil servants and public servants who garnish their CVs with mushroom rubbish like, "attended" several courses. Any fool can attend courses that are not examined or graded.

Tell me what Amaechi has achieved outside of government through his personal ingenuity, problem solving skills, leadership and talent? Same thing with nonentities like Wike.

Abeg talk better thing. It is an insult to compare Amaechi to a shining star like Peter Obi.
PoliticsRe: Kwankwaso Is Working For Tinubu - Sanusi Bature, Kano Governor's Spokesperson by Hedonisco: 4:37pm On May 20
kedeojo:
most of the votes was because of religious propaganda. he can't get that again.
Because Nigerians are now happy with the Mu-Mu ticket, because the Mu-Mu ticket has made their lives better, safer and more prosperous, so no "religious propaganda" can work again. It doesn't even matter that there is a Christian genocide now under the Mu-Mu ticket. All that matters is that Nigerians, including Christians in Plateau and Benue States, are now very happy with a Muslim Muslim disgusting presidency, so they will happily vote for the wonderful Mu-Mu combination to continue.

Oya clap for yourself. Most intelligent man in Nigeria - in reverse.

Some of you need to just disappear into the milky way, never to surface again.
PoliticsRe: How NDC Can Defeat Tinubu Before 12PM Election Time by Hedonisco: 10:34am On May 20
Peter Obi doesn't need to be afraid of the IMF/World Bank, Nigeria's creditors, and the glib mouthed economists.

He should have to courage to announce that the current fuel price burden being borne by Nigerians is unacceptable. And that if elected, he will work out a subsidy arrangement with Dangote Refinery to drastically reduce and stabilize the price of fuel.

No matter how difficult it sounds, this can be done.
PoliticsRe: Gbajabiamila Never Asked Me To Deny Role In Obasa’s Removal — Elliot by Hedonisco: 5:58am On May 20
Kalulu44:
In as much I don't send Elliot, but man is gradually about to spill a hot beans that concerns Gbaja and Sanwo Olu.
Those two 100% knows and have a hand in Obasa's impeachment
There is no 'secret' that he knows that Tinubu doesn't know already, even before him.
PoliticsRe: Fellow NDC Members And Leaders !! by Hedonisco: 5:45am On May 20
All these ingrates that want to ride on Peter Obi's popularity and later disgustingly defect to the APC.

You can already tell by the way he is over hyping himself, with humility to mention Peter Obi in the useless post. If you have grassroots whatever, then why didn't you go to another party to test your popularity? Why must it be NDC?
PoliticsRe: Fubara Is Gone by Hedonisco: 5:39am On May 20
Fubara is just unlucky to be up against an adversary that has full presidential and judicial backing, such that is unprecedented.

Anybody else in Fubara's position would also be in exactly that position. Let's not give Wike too much credit. Monkey sabi jump na because e dey near trees.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Is Playing Modern Day Oppositional Politics by Hedonisco: 5:01pm On May 18
Freshtruth:
so who go come get the massive votes na tinubu wey dey make Nigerians life unbearable ABI na Atiku wey he turn never reach.

Obi might not win but I expect 10m votes this time around and be rig to 6m again above ur 3m prediction
If with the disastrous economy, cost of living and purchasing power crisis, viral poverty, and unprecedented insecurity, Nigerians still prefer to sit idly and allow that monkey rig the election again, then so be it. Dem no dey tell person.
Nairaland GeneralRe: 100 Most Influential Persons in History By World Statistics by Hedonisco:
Osama Bin Laden and Michael Jackson should be there near the bottom.

Besides, there's a disproportionate number of American presidents in the list, which is indicative of bias. We are talking about 'in all human history' , not 'in modern history'. America is a relatively young country in the scheme of larger history.
PoliticsRe: I Would Had Step Down For Peter Obi If He had Bought Nominations Form- Atiku by Hedonisco: 3:45pm On May 18
This man is addicted to contesting elections, not actually winning.

I said it before that he never wanted to pick Obi as his running mate in 2023, because he underrated him. He was more shortsightedly interested in a running mate who would bring out lots of money (like Okowa) without thinking about actual electoral value and votes.

Whoever his advisers are, if he has any, do not wish him well.
PoliticsRe: Tambuwal Drops BOMBSHELL On Peter Obi, Atiku & Why ADC May Shock Tinubu In 2027 by Hedonisco: 7:01am On May 17
Which kind of irritating Akpan Calabar voice over is this for goodness sake. God forbid. Na only you go dey watch your useless YouTube videos.

You hate your own place, we love and protect and will protect ours. State of origin is in our constitution for a reason .
And show me where in "our constitution" that it is said that only indigenes are 'allowed' to vote and be voted for anywhere in Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Ask Peter Obi To Step Down For Seyi Makinde, Give Reasons by Hedonisco: 4:53pm On May 16
Learner247:
Though I find this whole direction funny, it amplifies the deeply seated ethnicity behind the call for PO. Seyi Makinde is way ahead of Obi in governance, business, academic excellence, recency of experience and youthfulness.

Now many are coming out to say the actual reason behind their choice of Obi - it’s always been about “our turn”. I don’t see Obi doing as much as he did in 2023 the way things are panning out.

I dare say that this is revealing a lot. Many wouldn’t have accepted PBAT anyways, even if he constructed roads to their rooms and made electricity free - he took their “turn”.

We are not ready for a new Nigeria then.. I think it’s better for the country to split up amicably. The average NW and some NE people see and feel closer to the people of Niger than the Igbo or Yoruba man; to many of these same group, everything must have a religious undertone and so on. The only group that would have made a solid country (SW/SE) are always at war with one another.
How is Makinde ahead of Peter Obi in governance and business? The way you characters would sit in one ghetto in Ogbomoso to type rubbish is always baffling.
PoliticsRe: Imo APC: Cubana Chief Priest loses out in House of Reps Primary by Hedonisco: 4:32pm On May 16
fergie001:
Hope said he will respect zoning across board, starting with himself.
He has zoned the Governorship to Owerri.

That Reps ticket is for Orsu/Orlu/Oru East
Orsu has done 12 years
Orlu is on 4 years, the returning member has been asked to complete 4 years and step down.....
then it goes to Oru East (Hope Uzodinma's LGA)

Cubana Chief Priest is from Orsu..... He only wanted to bulldoze himself in.
I sabi am well. Very obnoxious character. He always believes he can 'schmooze' his way into anything he wants and gain unfair advantage.

He has successfully used this method to rise quickly, hopping on the shoulders of many people, the most publicly known being Obi Cubana, Davido, and Emenike. There are many more...

The guy should just getat.
PoliticsRe: Imo APC: Cubana Chief Priest loses out in House of Reps Primary by Hedonisco: 3:16pm On May 16
The fat fool forget say Hope na old guy man. You wan use guy guy guy man. You think say na by eye service.

As a professional anywhere belle face, let him carry his oversized big belle face another place.

Very disgusting fellow.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu’s Baffling Northern Exclusion Strategy- Farooq Kperogi by Hedonisco: 11:48am On May 16
And that causes me to wonder what Tinubu’s 2027 electoral game plan is. Whatever it is, it can’t be a legitimate electoral victory
Everyone with a functional brain knows this.

But we are waiting for him to perform his magic. He and all his amala dogs and baboons will be soaked in sticky red oil. That's a promise that will be fulfilled with uncompromising finality.
PoliticsRe: 2027 Elections: Lagos APC Unveils 91 House Of Representatives Aspirants by Hedonisco: 10:11am On May 16
phemray:
Don't worry, but Yorubas must stop allowing Igbos expecially that never allow others in their regions. Do what u can accept is the game. I challenge u to check the names after this 2027 elections results, it will be well reduced. When I served in the East in the 90s, I know what I was told about Thier cultures and stand and I never go against them till I returned back to my own father land.
I don't know why sense is distant from many of you. What do you mean by "allow"? Why haven't Yorubas ever "allowed" Igbos or any other tribe win elections in Alimoso or Agege?

If Yorubas dominate the population and the economy of any constituency anywhere in the East, and they bring a candidate in any political party that the people of that constituency are rallied to vote for, who needs to "allow" or disallow that candidate or party from winning the elections? Are you not sensible enough to understand what 'game of numbers' means?

You people like reaping where you did not sow, and that's the genesis of this owomida omonile phenomenon that you all have elevated to culture and religion. So you want Igbos in Anambra or Enugu to "allow" you to be their house of reps member because one or two of you are there doing NYSC or doing tailoring in one corner?
PoliticsRe: You Can’t Demand Development Without Paying Tax, Says Tinubu by Hedonisco: 9:32am On May 16
This guy is an idiot and he would get what is coming to him. Pay tax to your corrupt, illegitimate, and irresponsible self so that you will pack the money and give to Chagury in the name of meaningless contracts, to launder for you.

I don't blame you.
