Insha Allah. That will be a defining moment for Nigeria. |
Everybody wants to use Peter Obi wave to blow. Since people saw what happened last time with Labour Party, you don't expect it to be easy this time around. No more room for Okada riders and market women. NDC decision makers will make serious money from all of this this time around. |
Can't wait to see these disgusting men retired from Nigerian politics permanently. |
The entire Nigerian public service should be disbanded and reformed. I know it is almost impossible, but it needs to be done. 95% of the entire public service across all tiers and arms of government are incompetent, unproductive, parasitic deadwood who add zero value and just leech on the resources of the country. I have always had disdain for many Nigerian civil servants and other public service officials, especially in the way they prance about with an air of importance, despite being an absolute waste of space. We have to find a way to entrench meritocracy and value-driven employment and remuneration if we want to move forward as a nation. |
zoghys:Yeah, but the fact that you don't know a person's source of income does not automatically make them yahoo boys or ritualists. That's the point. There are many ways to make money intelligently that doesn't have to be "visible" or known to busybodies. So rather focus on the people whose jobs and income is known, which makes it automatically impossible for them to be legitimately wealthy. |
zoghys:I prefer the rich guy with no "known job or business interest" than the typical rich Nigerian public servant with KNOWN salary/income that does not justify their wealth. Any self employed person could be doing anything and has no income cap. But the salary earner whose salary for 35 years cannot buy a duplex in any major city cannot justifiably be wealthy. |
Nobody takes this self-important fool seriously. |
Mirasteel:People like you disgust me. Any fool pretending that "all politicians are the same" (which essentially means that Tinubu should continue, since he is "the same" as Peter Obi and the rest), is an enemy of the people and should receive worse fate than even known disciples and foot soldiers of te current government. As the old saying goes, you can't wake someone who is pretending to be asleep. |
It's not different from what the Yorubas are doing in Lagos. |
See very beautiful wife material wasted for nothing. |
Sensiblerealist:Don't mind these irritating people. So all the so-called qualifications he gathered was to come and steal money in a corrupt Nigeria government position at such a young age? Why he is not founding and running a startup? Why is he not going to test his 'hin-telligenze' by working at SpaceX or OpenAI? These people can only fool themselves. |
DeLaRue:So there is no young, qualified non-yoruba person, or you just want to advertise your closet 'kobo kobo sense' inanity? |
Kog45:Former governor and former minister means what? Did he get any of these posts on merit? I hate people like Amaechi who have never proven their worth in anything outside leeching on government positions in a corrupt country like Nigeria. From doing boy boy to Peter Odili, he became Speaker of RHOA, and from there, meandering from one government role to the other for about 25 years and counting. What rubbish, anybody can do that if the person is in the system. Reminds me of these incompetent civil servants and public servants who garnish their CVs with mushroom rubbish like, "attended" several courses. Any fool can attend courses that are not examined or graded. Tell me what Amaechi has achieved outside of government through his personal ingenuity, problem solving skills, leadership and talent? Same thing with nonentities like Wike. Abeg talk better thing. It is an insult to compare Amaechi to a shining star like Peter Obi. |
kedeojo:Because Nigerians are now happy with the Mu-Mu ticket, because the Mu-Mu ticket has made their lives better, safer and more prosperous, so no "religious propaganda" can work again. It doesn't even matter that there is a Christian genocide now under the Mu-Mu ticket. All that matters is that Nigerians, including Christians in Plateau and Benue States, are now very happy with a Muslim Muslim disgusting presidency, so they will happily vote for the wonderful Mu-Mu combination to continue. Oya clap for yourself. Most intelligent man in Nigeria - in reverse. Some of you need to just disappear into the milky way, never to surface again. |
Peter Obi doesn't need to be afraid of the IMF/World Bank, Nigeria's creditors, and the glib mouthed economists. He should have to courage to announce that the current fuel price burden being borne by Nigerians is unacceptable. And that if elected, he will work out a subsidy arrangement with Dangote Refinery to drastically reduce and stabilize the price of fuel. No matter how difficult it sounds, this can be done. |
Kalulu44:There is no 'secret' that he knows that Tinubu doesn't know already, even before him. |
All these ingrates that want to ride on Peter Obi's popularity and later disgustingly defect to the APC. You can already tell by the way he is over hyping himself, with humility to mention Peter Obi in the useless post. If you have grassroots whatever, then why didn't you go to another party to test your popularity? Why must it be NDC? |
Fubara is just unlucky to be up against an adversary that has full presidential and judicial backing, such that is unprecedented. Anybody else in Fubara's position would also be in exactly that position. Let's not give Wike too much credit. Monkey sabi jump na because e dey near trees. |
Freshtruth:If with the disastrous economy, cost of living and purchasing power crisis, viral poverty, and unprecedented insecurity, Nigerians still prefer to sit idly and allow that monkey rig the election again, then so be it. Dem no dey tell person. |
Osama Bin Laden and Michael Jackson should be there near the bottom. Besides, there's a disproportionate number of American presidents in the list, which is indicative of bias. We are talking about 'in all human history' , not 'in modern history'. America is a relatively young country in the scheme of larger history. |
This man is addicted to contesting elections, not actually winning. I said it before that he never wanted to pick Obi as his running mate in 2023, because he underrated him. He was more shortsightedly interested in a running mate who would bring out lots of money (like Okowa) without thinking about actual electoral value and votes. Whoever his advisers are, if he has any, do not wish him well. |
Which kind of irritating Akpan Calabar voice over is this for goodness sake. God forbid. Na only you go dey watch your useless YouTube videos. |
ibedun:And show me where in "our constitution" that it is said that only indigenes are 'allowed' to vote and be voted for anywhere in Nigeria. |
Learner247:How is Makinde ahead of Peter Obi in governance and business? The way you characters would sit in one ghetto in Ogbomoso to type rubbish is always baffling. |
fergie001:I sabi am well. Very obnoxious character. He always believes he can 'schmooze' his way into anything he wants and gain unfair advantage. He has successfully used this method to rise quickly, hopping on the shoulders of many people, the most publicly known being Obi Cubana, Davido, and Emenike. There are many more... The guy should just getat. |
The fat fool forget say Hope na old guy man. You wan use guy guy guy man. You think say na by eye service. As a professional anywhere belle face, let him carry his oversized big belle face another place. Very disgusting fellow. |
And that causes me to wonder what Tinubu’s 2027 electoral game plan is. Whatever it is, it can’t be a legitimate electoral victoryEveryone with a functional brain knows this. But we are waiting for him to perform his magic. He and all his amala dogs and baboons will be soaked in sticky red oil. That's a promise that will be fulfilled with uncompromising finality. |
phemray:I don't know why sense is distant from many of you. What do you mean by "allow"? Why haven't Yorubas ever "allowed" Igbos or any other tribe win elections in Alimoso or Agege? If Yorubas dominate the population and the economy of any constituency anywhere in the East, and they bring a candidate in any political party that the people of that constituency are rallied to vote for, who needs to "allow" or disallow that candidate or party from winning the elections? Are you not sensible enough to understand what 'game of numbers' means? You people like reaping where you did not sow, and that's the genesis of this owomida omonile phenomenon that you all have elevated to culture and religion. So you want Igbos in Anambra or Enugu to "allow" you to be their house of reps member because one or two of you are there doing NYSC or doing tailoring in one corner? |
This guy is an idiot and he would get what is coming to him. Pay tax to your corrupt, illegitimate, and irresponsible self so that you will pack the money and give to Chagury in the name of meaningless contracts, to launder for you. I don't blame you. |
