They are even more sure than the core South West.

He can win in most parts of the following states: Ogun, Ekiti, Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Kwara, and Kogi. That's it. Any state beyond these, the only plan is to subvert the process via rigging.

APC will also clear South West and South South, so with three regions in the bag and one in play (North West), I don't think SE votes are as important to APC as you think.
