I've been living in the USA for the past 7 years.

Fact is Nigeria is not that bad. Only that Nigerian citizens are very greedy and are never satisfied. If you go to countries like Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tanzania, Bangladesh, India, phillipines , the favelas of brazil etc , you'll see people living in squalor and abject poverty. So why complain when you're in a better situation? You complain of boko haram its worse with the Isis and Taliban of Pakistan and Afghanistan. You complain of kidnapping its worse with the pirates and marauders of somalia. You complain of poor electricity it's worse in countries like Senegal and Mozambique. You complain of crime its worse in countries like south Africa.
Una wahala too much infact wetin una want sef.

Instead of you to think of ways to develop your country you're here complaining . The same complain you dey complain for 1975 na still the same complaint in 2018. No new complaint others than bad governance , light, water , no money etc.
Your government have tried their best. They can't kill themselves. Not even Buhari. At least you go pity his old age.
They are coming for ur head with this ur post cheesy

Good Evening Nairalanders,

I know this account is new but I have a active nairaland account I use this because I want to keep my identity a little discreet.
Pls I am a student of the university of Lagos. Due to some crises I had to deferred school for a session to sort out some problems now I have resumed school and I don't have a place to stay. My house is not close to school and I really don't have much to sponsor myself for tfare or rent an apartment around school.

I am pleading with any Christian lady Or family who has an apartment any where close to Unilag that can accommodate me for just five months I will be very grateful. I am a Christian be rest assured I will be well behaved.

I have explore all possible options to no avail. I tried getting a place to squat on campus but I found none and I was warned not to squat as student caught will be suspended . I was a living witness to a student who was suspended for harbouring a squatter last year.

I have asked friends who rent apartment around school but they already have more than one person they are helping out too. Pls and please if you can help me in your Good heart, God will bless you. As a prove that I am a christian and of good behaviour I am ready to give all my social media accounts even my active nairaland account that has neen existing since 2013, any other information you might need, just ask and I will provide them.

Thank you and God bless you.
All the best

you are really a rude girl! Very very rude! I remembered your thread and how you were throwing jabs at anyone that counters your thread cause.

You should just carry the remaining 1kobo self esteem left in your skirt and run out of this thread. Go outside like your mates and hustle! Someone has paid your school fees, congratulations! You are not the first to be scrutinized for posting a bambiala thread and you won't be the last. We would continue to tag all of them a scam until proven otherwise. You're here updating a Thanksgiving thread with unnecessary sub when you should be working your ass out on how you would pay further fee without begging!

Nonsense and entitlement mentality!
Meeeehn! This one na complete knockout grin grin

I don't understand that rationale that soaks some Nairaland into making a simple process looks like a war zone. Why do u have to insult him before making your uninspiring contribution. Best bet, u just read. This is Family section where we have matured minds and not romance section where they discuss the next "shaku shaku steps and how to make a girl love u!!!

On the service issue, tell him to check the service cable.he possibly forget to fix it back.

Good luck

Did u open the phone or did only flashing without opening the phone

.
The engineer i gave d fone to opened it o fix it. U know it has an inbuilt battery so d battery was dead n he fixed a new one. When he fixed it n tried to power it on it was not picking up so he adviced we should flash it. He did it n it came up. I collected d phone and fixed my sim,but noticed d sim 1 port did not recognise any sim but d sim 2 port did. After about 1-2 hrs d sim 2 port also stopped recognising sim too.
