I notice am getting bigger and growing as$ tho my stomach is very flat and am slim but still yet am exercising daily and checking what I eat.I won't wait till its too big and firmless.so don't wait till your Stomach is big u can caution it now by Just walking briskly for 30min daily and reducing junk and starch intakes

This make me remember my younger sister.God knows i nearly kill that girl with prodding,slappin,tapping,kicking and blocking her nose for seconds.she is a bit on the big side tho.

1)Don't talk too fast.talking too fast will onli increase the stuttering.try talking slow even when annoyed
2)Read out aloud.try reading books,captions anything u come across loud to urself.
