i bought an rsim that stays under the sim and that is what i used in unlocking all the iphones i have before it stopped working.

Yes, you've been using Rsim 12 all these while and again Rsim 12 unlock isn't regarded as "wwu" but as "chip unlock".

Rsim 13 works but you have to leave it inside the phone like rsim 12

Rsim 13 is quite different from Rsim 12.
Rsim 12 allows you insert the chip along with your local sim card into your device but Rsim 13 looks exactly like your local sim card, it's inserted alone into your device to enable it do the needful, then removed while the device remains "wwu". Just so you know, Rsim 13 doesn't work anymore.

What can be done?

1. Repeated ads must be stopped.
2. Pictures on an ad should not be more than 2.
3. No need for unnecessary spacing in your ads.
4. Items already in Nigeria should not be advertised on a pick up thread again.
5. A particular ad should not appear more than once in 24hrs and anytime after that, deal hunter should only quote with the word still available without picture.

If you check these threads properly, you'd notice they're littered with same ads from same people, it's very tiring to wake up to hundreds of notifications from all these threads with same ads on all of them (because of this, I only click on posts of the people I'm following to avoid seeing irrelevant posts).

You don't need anything from your secondary school for NYSC camping, you don't even need your WAEC result. Do more research regarding the acceptance of statement of result from a foreign institution, you can ask them dirctly via their twitter handle.

A simple attestation would do just fine.

I registered for NYSC during batch C 2018 but I couldn't make it to camp, I already revalidate for Batch A 2019, but I am working in a bank, I only requested to be allowed to go to NYSC camp, please should I take along the organization acceptance letter to camp so it can facilitate my redeployment or what should I do, please I need your help.. I'll advise you try as much as possible to work your posting to the current state you work in, and then from there you can take along the organisation's acceptance letter to camp to still work your posting regarding PPA to that organisation. Just be friends with your platoon officers, they can help you out when it comes to PPA posting.
If you make that mistake of getting posted to a random state, trust me when I tell you that it'll be very difficult to try to undo that.
