Best way to go. Let most of the payments be merged into one and separated with references to indicate which payment
That will reduce the corruption from the agencies and MDA's |

Has Nigeria any died as a result of that coup or is Nigeria airspace or territorial integrity under threat? A coup is undergoing at neighbouring country, the closest country to Nigeria. Nextjs: From which section of the constitution are u quoting?
ECOWAS treaties do not automatically become part of Nigerian domestic law unless the National Assembly enacts them into law
Under Nigerian law, the Constitution is supreme.
Here is what your constitution says Section 1(1) – “This Constitution is supreme and its provisions shall have binding force on all authorities and persons throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
Section 1(3) – “If any other law is inconsistent with the provisions of this Constitution, this Constitution shall prevail, and that other law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.”
Section 12(1) – “No treaty between the Federation and any other country shall have the force of law except to the extent to which any such treaty has been enacted into law by the National Assembly ECOWAS have their security unit in each members state. Those security are the one always deployed for peace keeping or situation like coup. Benin contacted ECOWAS for help, ECOWAS contacted member states to be on standby. Just go ahead from the president of the countries involved. You don't need Senate approval in such situation |

DomPerignon: Because like Maitassine sect, IMN was against Fulani Emirates.V The Fulani Emirates, are they Sunni or Shia? Also do you agree on this? In Nigeria, no religion denomination have lost members pass the Shiite group in Nigeria. DomPerignon: Emirates are Sunni and aligned to the Gulf Kingdom states and so have the backing of the US, UK and Israel. My expectations from you is to agree or disagree with my second facts so that we can wrap up this conversation and allow others to contribute If you agreed with the second facts, then no need of further arguing as you have reaffirmed so many of my points without consciously knowing |

Why was there harsh clampdown on them by Elrufai? In Nigeria, no religion denomination have lost members pass the Shiite group in Nigeria. Another fact |

Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:46pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
DomPerignon: Shiite population in the north is insignificant.
Trust me, if the Shiites were up to 20% of Muslims in the north, the situation over there will look like Iraq post Saddam and Assad's Syria which were overrun with Jihadist Sunni groups murdering Shiites and Christians.
We won't even be talking of Christian genocide but an intercine internal civil war among Muslim sects. The terrorists who are Sunni's, their perception about the Shia is not different from other faith like christians |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:40pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
DomPerignon: Virtually all Islamic terrorist groups out there are Sunnis and we know Qatar , US and Israel fund these groups.
The Bathist pan Arabic secularist movement would have been a better option to the Arab world but the US and Israel have totally destroyed and uprooted any secularist political party in the ME and Arab world.
As per IMN proselytizing to Sunnis to convert to Shiites Islam , this is totally false.
The group came into the radar of western govts over their ideology and not theology.
The IMN was also anti monarchist and believed that the Emirate system should be abolished and have an Islamic theocracy instead.
This is why every Fulani Emir condemned the group because the IMN was a threat to their authority. Bro, with the rate of insecurity in North, you can't rule out Sunni vs Shia silent war. Recently, some mosques was attacked in North. Are the attacked mosques Shia or Sunni? Is it possible for a Sunni to attack another Sunni's mosque? It's like Redeem branch attacking another Redeem branch when there are pentecostal churches to pounce on |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:26pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
DomPerignon: If I recall, the blocking of the Zaria road was in protest of several of their members being killed owing to a dispute on who will lead a mosque in Zaria.
The IMN does not build mosques as part of their agenda.
The group's leader said once that he did not intend to divide Muslims in Nigeria but to educate them and that having their own mosque will see to more divisions and insisted that the best way to educate and unite northern Muslims is by the group's members, educating Muslims in mosques. When Elrufai was the governor of the state, the shia was denied so many public gathering as he didn't want them to spread or convert more people to their side, that was the motives of their protest, they only used Palestinians as disguise. The clampdown didn't end at the protest. Majority of the terrorists are Sunni's. Fact |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:17pm On Dec 08, 2025 |

madridguy: No war anywhere. The Shia leader do pass himself. Same way you are undermining it, it's the same way people have also been doing same. Shia's protest wasn't about the Palestinians, it was about being denied some access in mostly Kaduna state. The protest was to disrupt the state deliberately which El Rufai Sunni didn't waste time to quench it. The incident might have been in the past but it hasn't been forgotten. |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:02pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
madridguy: No one is fighting Shia and Sunni fight in Nigeria. Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, the Shia leader was trying to create his own country within Zaria,Kaduna State doing whatever he likes until when his boys carry chest against Buratai some years ago while he was traveling, they blocked the high way, even though Gen. Buratai begged them to let him pass which the declined.
The rest was history, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky was detained in Abuja then and reason his followers are always protesting.
Ibrahim El-Zakzaky is now a free man and I don't think his people are protesting again. The last time they come out was during the 12 days war between US-Israel and Iran. Protest might not be needed when there are other alternatives.. You see, the Sunni vs Shia silent war is something going on for years if not decades in Nigeria but no one is talking about it Btw, it was a despite that caused the clampdown on the Shias. El Rufai is a Sunni |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 3:01pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
DomPerignon: The annual procession carried out by Shiites was always known for protesting over the plight of Palestinians.
The group under the Islamic Movement of Nigeria was getting funding from Iran to stage their yearly Al Qud's day protests. Al Qud is the name of Jerusalem given by the Muslim conquerors.
The IMN was more an ideological group focusing on international politics especially that over the ME and Muslim world.
The group was promoting Iran's influence in the predominantly Sunni north which was becoming a concern to northern establishment figures especially the Emirate system that are aligned to both the Gulf Kingdom states headed by Saudi Arabia and Israel and the US/UK.
El Zackzacky was seen as a threat to the Fulani Emirate and its alliance with Saudi Arabia and the West. The group was and still is committed to empowering northern Muslims through education and awareness on global issues.
This is why the sect was brutally clamped down on by FG, Kaduna state govt . Have they moved on from it? The Palestinians that their past protests have been about, they are almost still facing same situation, just a bit relief some weeks ago. Why did they stop the protest when what their protest have been about hasn't changed? |
Politics › Re: Shia Vs Sunni Silent war In North by helinues(op): 2:47pm On Dec 08, 2025 |
Shia group used to protest regularly in the north before which some of the Sunni's always frown at, and in almost every protest, the shia always get burnt. Even though nobody can understand the purpose of their protest.
They have stopped protesting, probably forgot about the scores and move on.. hmmmm |

There is a particular point that's missing from the insecurity in North for quite some time.
The Sunni's and Shias have also been part of those attacking each others. Some of the attacks are not random, they are religion fight.
May be reasonable number of the northerners are now aware of it or they are deliberately not interested in talking about it.
Whichever way, it's hurting your same people. |
