The beneficiaries of those government incentives have different stories to tell.

There are new government establishments across Nigeria, the workers who are doing the construction are Nigerians, when the construction is completed, the staff , management is a direct employment plus quick service delivery.

Places like Southern Kaduna who are about to have their own federal university for the first time.

Most if not all of the people that commented on the first page returned to Anambra from abroad and were expecting to see the level of development they have abroad in Anambra at that time with the meager Anambra resources. Check the page 2 where someone on ground gave a firsthand details to counter them.


I was fully in Nigeria when Obi was Governor, he was adjudged as one of the best performing Governors in Nigeria at that time.


Also remember that Obi's regime was ridden with judicial fights with Anambra deadly godfathers, he had little or no time to even focus.


And they can call him all names but every living human that witnessed when Obi governed Anambra as Governor knew that Obi does not steal or condone stealing and doesn't do chop I chop governance like other Governors.


Nigeria need a President with that singular quality to help us curb leadership corruption at least. Obi is prudent, he doesn't steal, those two qualities are superb and highly needed at the federal level in Nigeria.

He has learned from his past mistakes, he has acquired more knowledge, skills, exposure and wisdom and have become a better version of himself when he Governed Anambra state, so we cannot continue to dwell in the past nor live in our past glory, we humans must be progressive and strive to become better today than we were yesterday

To start with, Anambra is not Nigeria.


Anambra is just a baby state with scarce resources as at when Obi governed the state. Have you ever checked when Anambra was created? Awka Anambra capital is one of the youngest state capitals in Nigeria.


Lagos is like a country inside a country with enormous wealth, resources and federal presence, so you cannot compare an Anambra Governor's performance with Lagos Governor's performance. How many times do you hear about US states like Virginia, South Carolina, compare them to viable states like California, New York, Texas. You guys should have some sense.



Those aside, human being is meant to learn from his mistakes and improve on it to become better with time. Only a useless human becomes worst than he was some years back. Peter Obi as a man conscious of being an exemplary leader has gone further to acquire more knowledge, wisdom and global exposure which has made him a far better person than he was when he ruled Anambra state as a very young trader. He has grown to become a global entrepreneur with global experience and exposure and he has been consistent in telling everyone that cares how he intends to lead or govern Nigeria different for good if given the chance.

An unbiased reader of this report may think that this report seem like a hatchet job by the proscribed IPOB group lawyer in collaboration with the Punch reporter to instigate Punch newspapers readers against lawful authorities.

Why use the word invasion when this is a lawful exercise? Why was the spokesperson of NAFDAC not contacted? Why is the report centered on the speech of only the IPOB lawyer? Why is there no a reference to the legal unit of NAFDAC to even confirm if there's such a correspondence? Why is the report looking like a sponsored post?

Unfortunately, this is what NAFDAC got for not prosecuting those directly involved and their collaborators who kept mute when crime of drug tampering and adulteration was being committed around them.

NAFDAC should stop issuing just fines and confiscating and destroying the exhibit, they should do like NDLEA and prosecute the suspects. That's the only way they can avert this kind of scenarios. Anyone arrested should go prove his or her innocence in court.

If NAFDAC did not find any other goods than clothing from the said lady's shop, why did they take her goods away even though in the same market with those that might be selling fake drugs.? That's unprofessional if that part is true

The issue of the market closure in Anambra state could have been resolved early had the traders in the market also cooperate with the NAFDAC by exposing your those who are into fake drugs which are known to the same traders.
