Lagos leading? Are you for real. How many years have some African countries banned plastic materials. Even for the fact that Kenya don't even have pure water which is causing so many plastic pollution, they have banned normal plastic materials for over 5 years now if I am not mistaken

Fun fact. Ghana and Abuja are same time duration whether by land or flight from Lagos state

Lagos to Abuja by land is between 8-10 hours, same as Ghana by road

Flight to Abuja from Lagos is 30-35 mins, same as fight to Accra

I don't like the idea of blaming funds for the slow pace of the work. When Tinubu embarked on this project,many people raised the issue of funding but people like you say they were enemies of Nigeria and that Tinubu is a wizard when it comes to making money appear.
