ur skul.will.then send ur names to nysc for upload on nysc portal.. if nysc uploads ur name, that is wen u can access it on dia portal. if u don't see ur name on nysc portal, u can't do online registration

there is dis news that nsyc has been slashing d names of pcms sent to dem by skuls.. meaning that, seeing ur name in ur skul.list doesn't guarantee that u will see it on nysc portal.
