The population of souls in the galaxy are like stars. Planets exist in different times and dimensions and the soul has access to all because we are the life force, without us nothing exists.

And if no soul agrees to come into an earth womb, more souls can split out from Source and enter into a womb.

There are souls stuck in their karmic cycle with earth too that are constantly being reborn, 99.9% of the people on earth will be reborn when they die, it could be 48 hours after death or even a thousand years later but they are coming back.

There are more than enough souls to go round, the actual problem is will humans become conscious enough to sustainably support such population?
