Whether first or second tenure, it was during his reign. That shows as a governor he worked. Most of the projects commissioned were maintained. If you do not know, maintenance cost as much as developing a project, sometimes even more.

I am waiting for you guys to list better works completed by Wike that are better than Amaechi.

GEJ reduced the allocation of Rivers State that is why Amaechi could not continue with the same momentum.

We are talking of a governor, Amaechi who went as far as repairing and developing federal roads in the state.
