I will never turn my back against Wike. Wike could be very temperamental and seems to have an aggressive approach but do not forget he's a lawyer who picks his fights wisely. Wike hardly fights on the wrong side.
Fubara ran into APC for protection, Wike didn't run to Tinubu for protection, he supported Tinubu from day one when everyone else was hiding. He stood by the President gidigba during the hardest period and pulled the chestnut out of the fire.
The issue is that Fubara is a very stubborn man, he surrounds himself with enemies of Wike in Rivers State, those who did nothing for him to become Governor. Many of them sitting down with him to share dinner did not even support him during the election but Wike put his life on the line for him.
However, since the peace deal was brokered, Fubara has refused to honor the agreements. How can a Governor refuse to work with the state lawmakers and LG chairmen?, how can you run governance alone?. That's the issue Wike has with Fubara.
Wike needs nothing from Fubara, he is the FCT minister, he has his own budget, he doesn't need Fubara to get money. When Fubara refused to pay the 27 lawmakers, Wike was responsible for their welfare. He was also carrying PDP until Makinde destroyed everything.
Wike's demands is simple, work with the lawmakers and chairmen, if you don't, you won't get a second term.. simple!. How can you ignore those who worked for your election and you dinning with the enemies of your godfather?.
I hope when the President comes back, he would talk to Fubara to honour his own side of the agreement otherwise, his second term is at risk.

He should do better, not just as a Professor of Economics, but also as a former CBN governor who is in a better position to know what it takes to re-position a commercial state like Anambra to attract investors and developmental projects

Implementation is the main thing, not to budget.

Meanwhile, if Enugu state achieves this, I see no reason why Anambra and Abia shouldn't do the same. The Professor of Economics in Anambra needs to come up with more developmental ideas capable of opening up the state.

I refused, he had to call himself and I spoke with him, I confirmed it was him and I made the payment through my bank. Shortly another guy came with his friend, I didn't pay close attention to them. We were driven in a car to his main office, I saw him and he assured me of getting a sponsored visa to Luxembourg in 6months, it's almost 5months now, all he's been telling me is that it's on process. I started doubting him the moment he blocked me on Facebook. Since then I've not been at rest and I have been making enquiries until today I typed in goggle extensively and got here. By next month if no reasonable response from him am demanding for a total refund. If he refuses I go petition him to EFCC.
