They want to start their own version of ponzi scheme by asking the public to invest in audio/virtual buying and selling of land, bring 5 million and collect 6.5 million after so so number of months. The Real Estate company you are defending is deviating from the physical buying and selling of land that they are licensed to do, to audio/virtual buying and selling of land, which is the ponzi scheme SEC has warned against.

Asking the public to give you 5 million naira and collect 6.5 million naira after 12 months is nothing but a ponzi scheme. SEC is saying that they have no license to run such, meaning that you can't solicit money from the general public in the name of investment(capital market), without a license to operate in capital market by SEC

When I initially saw the followers doing that, it actually got me laughing. I once checked one of the tickets and saw 1k, abi 2k. I was like, these guys obviously don't have something serious to do with their time, hence the praise singing on top of gambling.

I understand that during heat periods, ones pubic part tends to itch terribly after shaving.

Before I shaved, I had itches. I thought it was the hair that was causing this, so I decided to get a shaving stick(BIC shaving stick) and cleared the bush. But sadly, after shaving my armpits and pubic region, the itching got worse. I am a very hairy type. I have lots of hair on my scrotum sac, sometimes the hair covers the entire sac. The itching has now become so terrible and uncomfortable to me that when it starts, I begin to scratch uncontrollably. I've injured myself on the sac as a result of over-scratching. I can be walking on the road and in a public place, when it starts, I can't help but begin to scratch. The armpit doesn't itch, but the sac.

Utility payment of light bill of 10k per year

Transport of 4k per month

Let calculate:

Accommodation: 100,000 Naira per year

Groceries: 25,000 Naira per month x12 months = 300,000 Naira per year

Utilities (light bill): 10,000 Naira per year

Transport: 4,000 Naira per month × 12 months
= 48,000 Naira per year

100,000+300,000+10,000+48,000=458,000 a year.
