You don't have passport yet. You can get your passport within 24hrs depending on the Authority

Nipost is generally not reliable , my friend sent me some needed documents. I didn't need them early so I told her to send via Nipost since January. Up till now no sign of it. It's so sad

If only people will do things right and understand the process well. Since 2017 till now, me and my friends use Nipost and non didn't deliver. Even when we used to spend only 350 - 400 before they increased the price, non have exceeded three weeks. Sometimes it delivers in less than ten days if you are sending from their MM airport. Albeit, people do experience such - once in a while and that's why I said two months. If it didn't deliver in 4 weeks you resend it.

I'm just trying to help those of you that will send multiple documents.

You can email the school and ask, though. They will respond, and many people have tried this. My opinion is to adhere to their every instruction. You can also visit the FAQ page of their website. They usually answer this question there.

Those of you that have up-to 2 months or less before your deadline, no need wasting your money on Courier companies. Nipost takes two weeks to deliver your documents and it costs about 1000 -1500. I noticed some of you that are applying for schools who have not even opened their application portal is spending on courier services.

Some of us don't know how to quote posts from others to avoid elongating the thread without much content.

To quote a long post, you can simply select the first sentence/paragraph or the paragraph of your interest and delete the rest. By that way, you will reduce the wasted space in the thread. This is why we are already in page 61 without much content.

If you are or around Lagos, I think you should write the embassy requesting to pick up your visa by yourself due to the closeness of your departure date. Try calling them first.

No dispatch of my documents or any call from dhl. My brother’s own took only two days. I am so worried. I tried tracking and it says Nothing yet like it hasn’t been dispatched. Don't be scared, as long as your enrolment deadline has not passed. Whenever you send SL after interview, they will start afresh to process your visa application. It usually takes time

i had my interview on the 12th of december 2018 but without prove of finace bt i was told to produce one as soon as posible it took me quite a while before my SL came i went to submit it the first time but oga pauli rejcted me so i mailed the embassy and the said i should explain the relationship between me and my sponsor which i did after that mail i sent them the didnt reply me i went to submit my SL again on the 11th of Feb finally pauli accepted it.i have mailed the embassy no response my resumption date was on the 7th of march i did not recieve my AM till now i havent been rejected.
i am just confused what can i do cause i have mailed
and mailed but no response from the embassy

Those booking interview today, try and do it before 9 am. The earlier the better and you will get date today if you do it right without error.

Don't forget to update your date as soon as you get it.

Pls for those who applied to passau, did u include waec scratch cards for result verification when sending documents to uni assist?

Schools don't require scratch card for verification (that's why you certify your documents). They contact waec directly if need be. Scratch cards is for embassy visa interview and in some cases, you will go and come back with it without them even collecting it. Speaking from experience

However, if they specifically request for it, then you must oblige.

How many times will I repeat this. There's virtually an answer to every question here already. Please check my post on how to search information on nairaland. It is in 2 page of this thread.

If you use it, you will get interview transcript for every session since 2014. Just make sure you read enough.

If you apply for interview and you didn't get response after 3 working days, there's a chance it will be omitted.

There's no reason why you shouldn't get date now within 48 hrs of applying because there's no rush for now. So many gets response same day. But in late June and beyond there's gonna be rush.

Always apply before 7am and you will get your date same day.

There's nothing to worry about. They will book dates up-to October. Just pray you get admission before July. Some people are cancelling their dates. I also did.

As long as the enrollment deadline of your school is not in September or October, you can even get date if you book by July. But don't wait till July, it's dicey but very possible.

Many schools will not give admission till their application deadline by June/July.

If you got visa appointment please indicate your date. Also if anyone have been booked for August, also indicate. Don't only take information, give information.
