JerryDM1:
please how much exactly did they require you to transfer? Thanks and congrats
The amount of money required to be transferred should be based on the university, some universities charge administrative fees while my university did not charge me an addtional fee apart from the required amount for my one year living expenses.
But you need to apply for the prove of solvency certificate through the right channel and if approved they will tell you how much you will transfer and give account number where you will make the transfer in one deposit.

Was it student visa you applied for

Yes it is a study visa I applied for with certificate of solvency issued to me by my school after I transferred the money which they blocked for me. I sent my application ref no. And the embassy email address to my school via email and I requested for my admission letter to be sent directly to the embassy informing them of my resumption date which they did and every other thing fall in place

[quote author=namebdis4 post=58085598]If your sponsor is in Belgium, and the annex is signed in Belgium, it will not carry the statement "Sufficient Solvency". Please may I know the name of your school. Bcus some school are subsidize by the government, hence u will not pay 300 Euro. Note the prise for the additional fee has been increase. It is now 200euro for state institutions and government subsidized institutions and 300euro for private institutions. Thus I can't advise without a knowledge of the institution you are admitted too.

@namebdis4 and fikki please guys how can I get a bulk account to make deposit and how much is required to be deposited. my school said that they don't provide such services to incoming students unless an old student that wants an extension for residence permit. Is there any other means I can get it apart from my school?

Bosses in the house please I need your advice in this legalisation issues. I have an admission to study at C-MAT University of Antwerp 2017-2018, my application was done online with my documents only scanned and uploaded and after which they interviewed me through Skype and eventually gave me the admission. They specifically asked me to legalize my degree certificate, scan it and send it to their email and also not to forget to come with the legalised degree document while coming to register in the school by September.
I have legalized a certified copy of my B.Tech cert. But as I am goin through this thread I found out that the embassy requires more than degree cert. apart from the police report and Annex 32.
Please, I ask if I must legalise my transcript and also, is it mandatory to legalise my original Waec cert. and my original degree cert. As I have their certified copies Before I can submit my application for visa.
Your contributions are vital. Please help !!!

Is anyone still expecting their RP, I sent my supplementary document over a month ago and they haven't answered me yet.
Me I don't understand why its taking this long.

I am waiting for my RP too
I reapplied and was interviewed on the 26 September and it changed to in progress on the 27 September, since then till now no decision. Although I sent my sponsor's remaining bank statements on the 10th and 15th of October as stated by my sponsor in his sponsorship letter. I thought the decision will come faster as there is no much queue now.

BOSSES in the house.
One of my sponsors is a business man and his tax clearance certificate is not up to date, he paid his company tax till 2013 on February 2014 and he is not willing to pay up the remaining which will cost him about 468,000 naira to update and he has transferred 600,000 to my account already and he has about 5 million in his personal account balance where he transferred the money to me, while the other of my sponsor who is based in Uk transferred 2.1 million in my account through bureau de change and his account balance is 700 pounds and I have the transfer receipt with me to prove the origin of the funds.
Does migri need the tax clearance to be up to date? and what will be my chance if I should use his documents as my sponsor
PLEASE HELP ME WITH YOUR WISER ADVICE HERE
This is my second application and time is not on my side, although the embassy rescheduled my interview from 7th to 26th of September

If you don't have the originals, you can include photocopies but ensure that the letter of support, bank account statements, pay slips and any doc in respect to the source of funds from your sponsor are original.

Thanks boss
I just got a message from ABA visa with the follow write ups
We are sorry to inform you that due to logistics reason your earlier booked appointment date has been moved from the 7th of September to the 26th of September 2016. Kindly see below the new interview date. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please have anyone seen such a thing before?
The date is shifted by one month and my orientation is finishing today in Turku
Bosses in the house please advise me on what to do

Yes. You need to include them.

Will it be the original or photo copies of their documents, because I don't have the original copies of my sponsors documents with me

Does it shows in ur account the name of ur uncle as the sender? If it does, just ask him to send d pay slip or receipt of payment showing his name and amount transferred. If the money was withdrawn from his account, let him provide d acct statement showing d transaction. Also, he can clarify d medium of transfer he used in his letter of support. This should be OK.
Open to other bosses in the house[/quote

Boss it doesn't show in my account as his name rather it showed the name or corporate name of the bureau de change agent who gave him the receipt for the transfers.
In the receipt issued by the agent his name is there as the sender and my name and bank details is there as the receiver, the amount paid in pounds and the amount being transferred to my bank in Naira equivalent and also the amount charged for the transfer in pounds. These are the details in the receipt issued to him. Please is there something else missing and how many months of account statement is required from my sponsors?

Thanks bro but one of my sponsors lives in uk he transferred money directly into my account through bureau de change agents which he has the receipt of the transfer bearing sender's and receivers information but there's no bank to bank transfer reflecting in his account. I hope this will not be a problem?
