Smart phones are really destructive. No wonder why they are called SMART..., because they are indeed smart in dealing with humans. In it lies other terrible addictions and time wasters, must I name them? Alright let's go, they are addictions like; video games, social media (the worst), videos and other time wasting apps.
Smartphones are indeed smart, and they can make you smart as well, but you would have to use them in the right/smart way. Use them productivity and your time won't waste away!

Life will treat you better when you eventually understand how it works. The truth is that people don't actually care about who you truly are; all they care about is what they would get from you.
It's funny whenever I hear lazy people (especially girls) say; love me for who I am. Surely, people should be loved, but don't expect anyone to love you if you won't be able to impact their lives in a different and great ways.
When I found out about this simply truth, I stopped caring much about what people think. Sure they can think whatever they want to think; it's their mind after all. But I thought myself how to care less.
The more you care about who you are in people's mind, the more your concern will hurt you unknowingly. Life is already unfair enough, so no need of being hard and unfair to yourself by worrying about what people say or think.
So, what do you need to do? It's simple to tell, but hard to put into action. The way is to improve yourself; work on yourself, read lots of books to understand how the world works, and practice what you read, because learning something without putting it into action is just a waste of time.
The first place to grow is in your mind, every other places is secondary to this one. Develop your mind, think positive, and plan the days ahead.
There are other ways of becoming better, but this should be your first step!
It's when you are developed that people will see the value in you and will start to value you. Noo! they won't value the real you, it's just what you have that they would come for, so only make limited Values available for them. Don't show them your whole self. Or they would consume the whole Value and care less about you.
