Tuchel instruction to Lukaku is the problem here. With Mount and warner starting along side him Tuchel should allow lukaku play freely upfront without sticking with opponent’s CB. I trust Tuchel to spot this within a short time and make correction. Allow him yo hustle the ball like the other two, no need of staying in one spot, that’s predictable, goals will eventually flow in.

Even my little nephew knows that players in Fred's position have to evade the opponent trailing them so as to make themselves available for the pass which in turn relieves the defenders of any pressure.

Fred is the loyal type and if only you understand the psychological effect coaches have on players, mostly the ones that are loyal, yes sir type. Ole tactical set up is the problem, Fred is not a bad player, his loyalty and dedication to what the coach want is his problem, he is the scapegoat to Ole’s set up. Under Lampard it seems most players are bad but the truth is average coaches want players to bail them out with a win not performance while top coaches improve players performance wise, which result to winning.

Currently, I think the team plays better without Lukaku. Except there's a shift in system by TT or Lukaku improves in certain areas upfront (pressing, movement) we're going to be way too predictable. Plenty times during the games, I thought he needed to move deep or go wide to allow other forward players take up the vacated central spots

He probably needs to sit some games out. At least he provides flexibility for us. He currently has a better chemistry with Timo compared to the others and he has a history of playing 3-5-2 in inter with Conte

TT certainly has his work cut out for him in terms of synergy upfront. Let's see in December, I expect adjustments to have been made

Consistent playing with Warner and Mount will bring out the best in him, and also Tuchel should allow him express himself in terms of movement.

Havertz is mostly seen upfront with Lukaku, whereas, Mount help the midfield to build up play. Common sense should tell you who should be scoring more. Scoring aside, how is Havertz performance compared to Mount. He is not trusted to come in when losing or going for a win, a 72 million euro player for that matter.

Fans are just reacting for nothing, Ole and club owner had a behind closed door agreement on his expectation at the end of the season. Look at how enjoyable this Man city v Liverpool match is.

For this to happen we will need a strong CDM that is good with the ball and a strong winger that can take the ball to opponent’s defense.

Havertz is not made for this league, except he improve his work rate and tenacity because this is what the league is all about, talent is not enough. For now, him, Zyech, Odoi and Saul are made for carabao and FA cup against weak teams. We need serious ballers if we want to win epl or ucl this season.

Jorg is not confident with long passes too, this is why he play short passes most times, to be on a safer side . Probably it’s due to lack of muscles in his thighs, he has tiny thighs or his lack of sixth sense.

I understand what you are saying, so many people here don’t know that Jorg has poor first touch. It is not only when you can’t trap the ball that is poor first touch, when you can’t trap the ball to the direction you want to move or play to is also poor first touch. Jorginho sometimes trap twice before settling down with the ball, more like lack of confidence with controlling. This is why Thiago sylva is still playing at 37, aside his defensive positioning he is very technical and confidence with ball control, he is not the type you just rush when he is with the ball because he possess and command it. VVD too is like this.

I feel so sorry for lukaku, so many times in the game he made important runs, opening his body and signaling for through passes but none was given to him apart from that rudiger's pass that he was an inch offside.

Loftus-cheek on so many occasions had opportunities to play a direct through pass to Big ROM but he will do a 360 or 180 and pass backwards or sideways.

For big ROM to be a beast in front of goal, defense splitting through passes either short or long must be given to him.
He is good in the air, but the wingbacks are so lackadaisical and sluggish to give him something on the air to hustle and fight for.

It is very clear from the body language of the players that none of them is willing to give him through passes. He should just jettisoned the idea of through passes coming in from his teammates and starts hustling and taking on players himself and outside 18 shots.

That was how he played under Conte. I believe Tuchel restricted his play, thinking with two AMs he will get services. He should start hustling for the ball as you said instead of staying with opponent CBs waiting for services. Tuchel should start playing warner lukaku Mount upfront, Havertz can sub lukaku or warner.
