Abeg stop making me laugh here. This must be the joke of the century.
So Mats Hummels was sleeping when your Boateng was keeping watch? Lol..
Go and google TOTT and see if ANY WEBSITE place Boateng above Hummels in the CB position. Post the link here if you see any.
Hahahaha.... Under Boateng's watch indeed! You dey mind that one. |

raumdeuter: I suggest you watch it and see how the TANK bossed the final, something John Terry has never done in his whole life He bossed the final yet he wasn't named man if the match, he was not named among player of the tournament. Only ignorant and sentimental people rate boateng above terry but thank God majority of this people are Nigerians, same reason their country is backward after trillions of naira gotten from oil over the years, a country that operate with hatred, sentiment and nepotism. Team win trophies while players win individual award to distinguish their individual brilliance in a competition. In 2006, England as a team failed to lift the trophy but JT's individual brilliance was recognized . |

raumdeuter: CR7 as much as I dont like him was his countries best player in Euro 2004, 2012 and World cup 2006. He scored Man Utd only goal in the 2008 CL final
Which big moments has Henry or Terry stepped up both are over 30yrs and have at least 5 National team tournaments under their belts plus over a decade of consistent CL appearance
Crunch time is what distinguishes big players from mediocre ones. Any WIlson can score a hat trick vs West Ham in a league game
If your team makes multiple finals and you consistently flop in these finals or be absent like Terry any Wilson can score hat trick in WC final remember this is football. |

raumdeuter: Tats where you separate the power of the media from the real performances so who are you in football world to know better. You come here dey argue baseless argument. England national team as a whole have been poor in tournament, how is that Terry's fault huh. Football is a team sport not federa vs nadal. Ferdnand, scholes, Neville couldn't do jack as well. Why I will agree with you about Henry's average performance for country is that France national team won trophies then and Henry didn't do much in them but still he was a world class player. |

chic2pimp: Is British media also responsible for his plethora of awards? Abeg let's give credit to whom it's due. No one is saying Terry is the second coming of Baresi but neither should we rubbish his accomplishments. It's get even more ridiculous when people start saying is no better than Bramble. Bramble you know? Fecking Hell! who next?
Yh but How did/does that interview show that Henry failed to perform to the level expected of players of his caliber in big games?
The terry vs ferdinand argument is actually a very interesting one that has been going on for years. Depending on who your ask, the answer will always be different To me Terry>> Ferdinand. |

Ibime: I thought I was the only one who thought the same thing.
I have never seen him control the game as a conventional midfielder. I have seen him dribbling and shooting from the left-wing, right-wing and attacking positions but I have never seen anything to show me he can play effectively in a pivot. His ball retention/recycling and possession control leaves a lot to be desired. You've said it all, exactly my observation about him. With what I've seen about his game it will be safe to call him 'strong Oscar'. At this juncture, I'll prefer CFC sign witsel at least for the now. |

However , about your postulation that one ought to have technical background or own an Engineering firm before seeking and securing contract is false . Ignorance is not excuse to the law .
I have come to realized that the reason many people are poor is because they lack proper information and specialized knowledge and have failed to learn . Declarative knowledge plus pride always result to poverty . Poor people generally tend to exhibit this negative mindset of " it's not easy to come across huge money "legally/suddenly " , whereas it's always possible and still happening even till this very moment . Take the following from me :
- When preparation meets opportunity success occurs - Hard work is good but smart work pays better and faster - Profit is for fortune while wages is for living - Specialized knowledge/ procedural knowledge plus humility nay diplomacy added with smart work not forgetting hard work always bring sudden legal huge riches to people my guy calm down this guy na yahoo guy. Vivalavida99: Off course fatigue sets in, it's a long season and these guys ain't no machine, agreed! Let's hope he'll change this philosophy of using same players throughout the season. But knowing Mou for who he is, he might still stick to it if Chelsea returns to winning ways. well, let's wait n see. |

Vivalavida99: I have to agree with this, but i think Mou does this cuz he believes in the philosophy of "never change a winning team". but it affect the team at the long run, fatigue and all like against PSG last season. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by hensben(m): 4:58pm On Aug 20, 2015 |
CFCfan: And that will keep everyone happy. The small games will make up between 55-60% of our matches this season. I also reckon that 4 out of the 6 UCL group stage matches will be small games.
Mou has to learn how to rotate his squad efficiently. If Cech had started 20 games last season, he wouldn't be at Arsenal today rotation? That's mou's weakest point as a coach. He doesn't rotate his squad. |

CFCfan: @bigkesh: the PhD attack makes sense CFC have now bought 4 ex-Barca players within the last 8 years - Belletti, Deco, Fab and Pedro. The midfield trio can be Fab, Matic and Willian. Willian has the lungs to be both a box-to-box midfielder, and a DM. Unfortunately, Oscar would have to drop to the bench; but Mourinho should give him 18-20 starts this season. I think in 4-3-3 formation the midfield trio of Willian, matic n fab will be more productive while Oscar, fab n matic will suit 4-2-3-1 formation. The formal for big games while the later for small games. |
